I ONLY get my hair cut here! They’re always very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Nicole is amazing, I go to her every time. I don’t even have to tell her how I like my hair cut bc she has notes and knows exactly what to do. I’m always in and out in under 30 minutes.

I was told by text message to arrive 5 minutes early for Anna who I go to regularly. I arrived 10 minutes early and was bumped off the list and had to wait for 40 minutes. Your line up is terrible. Im in between patients at work and this is very poor service. Now I may miss lunch. You need to fix this problem or at least address it. It’s not Anna’s fault it’s corporate.

Shhhhhhh don’t tell anyone. This is the place for dudes to get their haircut in South Tampa. I have been going here for 6 years and even if I move away I am pretty sure this is the place I will come out of loyalty and that says a lot for a dude. We don’t keep our stylist in our phones it’s dude code but this is the only place that will do you right. The dude abides.

Twice I have come to this specific location and had a stylist put a client not checked in ahead of me. I sign in online, pick a stylist, show up at the appropriate time, and sign in in store. The sign says 4 minutes wait time. Client gets up, pays, and stylist seats a new client. My wait time changes to 30 minutes. If you're not going to do the online thing, then don't do the online thing? I've now wasted my lunch break and didn't get a hair cut. Will never return. Been to the location on Gandy and Dale Mabry dozens of times and never encountered this. I won't take Great Clips service at Sport Clips prices.

Don’t go to Sports Clips if you would like to enjoy sports while getting a cut. I went this morning expecting to be able to watch Wimbledon as I received my cut. I respectfully requested to switch at least one of the televisions to Wimbledon, only to be told Shark Week was on! There was no other customer when I made the request. Sports Clips joins the long line of retailers that has abandoned customer service.

Mariah just cut my hair. She was extremely rude and impatient. She rushed my hair cut. I wanted my beard trimmed and eyebrows. I was too rushed out to even say anything. I have never met anyone so unfriendly at any barber or salon in the 39 years I have been getting haircuts. Truly unbelievable. She did not listen to what I wanted but instead kept giving me reasons why I was wrong. I will never return to a sports clips again. I got a 5 minute $5 haircut for an hour wait and $34. I should have went anywhere else. Jeeze. To say I’m upset is an understatement.

Anna has been cutting my hair for 5 years and has done a phenomenal job each and every time. It’s a good location overall and have had great haircuts with the other stylist on occasion. Anna is the best and would recommend her to everyone. I always walkout looking like a new person and feeling good thanks to her.

I came in today with a challenge. I didn't schedule an appointment and took my first stylist available. Mariah was my savior today. I told her to have fun and she made me look like a million bucks. You can't ask for better service. She was polite and entertaining and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Plus everyone at work keeps complimenting how great my hair looks. If you are in a pinch, or you just want awesome service hit up sport clips. I was not paid for this review!

Been coming here for quite some time with my toddlers. I will be the first to admit my younger son isn’t the easiest but all the women in the facility (especially Karli) seem to have good enough patience to deal with him and get him through the haircut. Today, Jason cut my sons hair and was fuming at my sons inability to sit still. He wasn’t able to interact with the child enough to calm him down & refused to complete the haircut. He was clearly immediately frustrated and frazzled. I asked the other stylist (Asian stylist) if she would mind finishing up the haircut on Jason’s behalf.. as she has cut my sons hair before, and she said she was off the clock and couldn’t stay to complete it either. At this point, both my kids (ages 4 and 5) are crying and Jason is arguing with me about taking full payment for an incomplete haircut. Unfortunately, due to my experience today, I won’t be returning to this location again.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. Myself and my son have been going there for a few years and Anna is our favorite, she is very kind, professional and does a great job!
