Today I had the pleasure of getting to know Elisabeth and had my haircut. She is a true professional who was patient, kind and very efficient. She knew not only how to cut hair, but also paid attention to the small details many other barbers normally do not, and for that only ; I wanted to say “ thank you “ once again. If you do not want a sloppy haircut, you NEED to go to Elisabeth. That’s what i will do from now on.

Got right in within minutes and had a cut I’d pay double for. Only regret is not getting my stylists name. (I live across the country and was on vacation but would have loved to pay her tribute. Back right chair second to farthest if that helps)!

Attempted to schedule online multiple times even before the location opened, upon opening website displayed no wait o min and 2 min later when I pulled in over an hr wait, don't trust the wait times

Today I learned the owner, Kledzik, let go of one of her best hairstylists Rachel. Rachel has been cutting my hair for the last 4-5 years, I even followed her from the Azeele location where I first met her, because she was one of the best and it was hard to find someone who cut my hair to my liking every single time. Looks like I’m starting over. Please do better Kledzik. Treat your employees the way they deserve to be treated. Gandy lost a good one!

Expensive irregular haircuts so I bought a FlowBee.

Not only do they charge $27.00 for a haircut they now charge 10 bucks to use a foil shaver on the back of your neck and say their owner watches their cameras and that they will be fired if they use the shaver for 1 minute and don't charge $10. So when you don't do this guys you leave the place with a neck that still needs shaved. Only this store on Gandy charges for the shaver by the way. It's typically dead while Great Clips around the corner is packed and cuts are considerably less money.

Great online check-in process. Can be busy at times. Even with long wait times, you can come in right before its your turn with online check in. Kaila does a great fade on my haircut & there is a shampoo with scalp massage after. She is very consistent with my cut.

I checked in online and they canceled my appointment after I waited for about 20 minutes. I will not be coming back to this location.

I don't remember the name of my barber, I just remember that she's newer (sometime in the past 6 months) and how unprofessional of a job she did cutting my hair. I know this is just Sports Clips and shouldn't really expect a great cut, but this woman does not know what she's doing. Not sure if there is a shortage of barbers, but this location must be desperate to be keeping a barber as bad as this......

They do a nice job. I usually roll with first available. 4/5 cuts are usually solid. MVP is refreshing. Check in online if you don't want to wait it out there. Its pretty seamless.

They need to fix there check in system. Everytime I check in online and then arrive on time, the appointment always get pushed up another 15-20 Minutes. They need to figure out there system and appointment times. This is ridiculous 😒

Checked in online, about 5 minutes before I arrived the app refreshed and my name was no longer there. Checked in again and arrived to an empty lobby but all 3 stylist with a customer. 2 finished and then disappeared and waited for the list of people who checked in after the system error, 30 minutes turned into an hour, and the stylist that finished first just kept walking around ignoring people. Worst experience I’ve ever had at sports clips.
