LACY is a true superstar!!! BEST HAIRCUT I’VE EVER HAD. I’ve never had a better experience at a Sports Clips and I’ve been to many. I will return for this Naples gem!!!

New to the area and reserved a time slot online for 2 kids cuts. It gave me an estimate of 28minutes. When we get there to check in, 18 minutes later, it then shows 42 minutes till game time. I walked in, used the kiosk to check in and was looked at multiple times by the female stylist. Every time we made eye contact i said excuse me, trying to speak to her and she’d turn her back. This happened multiple times in a 15 minute time span. Other people were in the lobby sitting down and witnessed it. I even waved my hand at one point trying to speak to her as we are new to the area and new to sports clips and i had questions about why my time changed so drastically and if i was following correct check in steps etc. nothing. Completely ignored and blown off. I walked out and do not plan to return. First impression and customer service goes way further than the outcome of a haircut.

My boys got a fresh over due haircut by Michael and Angel today and I’ve got to say , they both did a fantastic job on their haircuts . These guys are highly recommended!

Kim messed up my teenage son's hair today!!! He is soooo disappointed!!! You know how about important teenagers hair is to them. He showed her a photo & she said she could cut it just like that, but instead she completely shaved off all his hair underneath (NOT what he asked for!!!) and cut the front wayyyy too short!!! DO NOT GO TO HER!!!! Horrible decision to get a haircut there today.... OMG! I am soooo sad for my son! He is almost in tears!!!

Amazing..! Zoila went above and beyond and is really talented. I couldn’t be happier- she’s simply the best. I will only let her cut my son’s hair from now on!

Arrived at 9:25 am. One of the hairstylist really loves to talk with customers. I have sitting on deck more than 20 minutes now because she is talking a lot with her customers. I have a job to be at and this is the only time this week for me to get a haircut. What the hell this is totally inappropriate. I'm sorry. But this is it with Sports clips. One customer walked out because he was pissed off. Same feelings about the stylist. Name is Lacey.

Pleasant , everyone here is wonderful. I have fun. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy through the cut and happy with the cut. Would defiantly recommend . Other sports clips in the past have given me below average service and cuts . I’m happy I decided to give this location another chance. All of 2024 they have been cutting my hair. Go give them a try .

I keep trying to go to Lacy, I have booked an appointment through the app, I arrive in store, wait, and when it’s my turn she has to leave. I tried to go again today and the app would not let me book her saying she would be available at 2:19pm. As soon as she becomes available I book her (I’m waiting in the parking lot) it says 3 mins and I walk right in. When I get in she’s taking another client and my wait time has been upped to 19mins.
