I have been using Sports Clips for about three years now and have been very pleased with many of the stylists. The last two cuts I had here in the salon closet to me in Charlotte were done by a true artist! Her name is Caryn and she deserves a raise!!! Thank you, Caryn!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I gave them such a basic haircut and they got it wrong. They needed to call in another barber because of how bad they cut it. Please trust me, even thought it costs less doesn’t mean it’s better. After the haircut they didn’t even have a brush to get the hair off of my clothes and face so I had to go home with hair all over me! Please just go to a good barber and not sports/great clips. Show this to your mom if she also makes you go to the bad barbers

I have been a regular customer here from 2013. Today's experience is beyond worst. Stylist don't listen to want you sai and do it as her wish. I think she was not happy when I mentioned I wanted to make it spiked in middle and asked to remove some hair from middle and particularly mentioned not too short instead she removed everything and made it too short and she was so unhappy that she didn't even remove hair fell all over my face and I had to clean it myself . Soo disrespectful towards customers. She need to learn to respect customers as we are not getting hair cut for free. I respect their hard work so left by tipping but disappointed with today's experience. Not sure if I will ever go back there.

I went to this location and has the stylist “Dimetris” and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, interactive and gave me a great hair cut. 10/10 recommend her

Before moving to Charlotte, I spent YEARS trying to find someone to cut my hair successfully. Everywhere I went, I struggled to get a good haircut. One day I randomly popped in to this Sports Clips and got my haircut from Felicia and have been getting the BEST haircuts I've ever gotten. I was comfortable saying that I finally had a stylist who knew my complicated hair, understood what I liked, and not only was she great at her job, but she was so kind, so conversational, and she always remembered the things I told her about my life and asked me about them the next time I came to visit her. I had to move back to Raleigh after two years of getting my haircut with Felicia, and I don't want to find someone new to cut my hair. I now wait for the next time I have to drive to Charlotte to get a haircut to make sure Felicia is the one that cuts it. She is so patient, so careful, and she really listens to what you want, but she also just listens in general because she's such a nice person. I have tried getting my haircut from other people in Raleigh, and I regret it every time. Felicia cut my hair for weddings, vacations, first dates, graduation, and so many more important milestones in which I looked clean. She is the best stylist ever, and I can't wait for my visits to Charlotte to get my cut with her.

Had a bad experience. The stylist was watching some sports and more interested in the sport than the haircut and did a really bad, not clean and uncomfortable job. I have visited them multiple times previously but this is the first bad experience.

I enjoy this company. The atmosphere is great. Prices have gotten a little high from inflation like everything else. The only thing I do not like is that I can never get a regular hairstylist there is new people here every month or two which is aggravating.

Felicia is amazing and I highly recommend seeing her for your next visit! Always extremely inviting and full of knowledge when it comes to wanting healthier hair! I would recommend also trying the hair products as well! Thank you again!

It was easy to sign in before driving to the store. Once I got to the store I was seated quickly. The stylist did a good job on my haircut.

I don’t know how hair cut will works . I have showed one picture to hair stylist and told her to do exactly same like that . But she did nearly that but not exactly and I told her to reduce hair length on top then she said I have to cut entire hair and will charge extra like another hair cut . I don’t know that’s the way it works . I never experienced this kind of situation. And even she is going to charge that’s fine but she said she will try the hair cut what I have showed but she will not do exactly same as pic because it’s not barber shop and she is just stylist. I just lost my mind and i just paid for one hair cut and I will not go again. I never experienced charging extra like one more hair cut for reducing hair length little bit .
