Grace was absolutely fantastic. I was a new customer who has difficult course hair with a lot of wave. Nevertheless, Grace listened to all my suggestions and feedback, and she took her time to get my haircut just right. I will definitely be back!

Always a pleasant experience when I visit. I have had haircuts by several of the ladies and no complaints. I love that the manager does events with the staff and they run contests for the customers. Currently they are giving away a free haircut for voting on Gingerbread houses the team designed. Great experience.

I’m not the one to make a bad review unless I have to , but this was one of the worst haircuts I’ve had . Debbie cut my hair . I could tell she was in a hurry . She didn’t blend out my hair correctly and she also did not dry my hair all the way . I left with a wet head. Do not go to this location unless you want your hair messed up

Really enjoy the Sport Clips experience. I get the MVP everytime! Nothing like getting a nice haircut, steamed towl, shampoo with a head massage, and a shoulder massage. They will style your hair anyway you like and add product, if you like. They even do beard trims. Sport Clips is my go to if I need a haircut out of town. They put your haircut details in a profile for you. The ability to check in line early before arriving is so awesome!

Usually my experiences with Sports Clips have been okay, however this time was the straw that broke the camels back. I no longer can justify spending $30 to play Russian Roulette with how my hair will turn out. It’s unfortunate because a few of the stylists have done decent jobs before, but today I am having to find myself a different barber to go to, in order to try and fix my hair. The stylist today went over the notes, left by other Sports Clips stylists from my previous hair cuts, and then proceeded to not follow any of the notes. (I’ve gone to different locations with different stylists, and most of them are able to get in the ballpark of exactly what I wanted from just quickly reviewing the same notes.) I asked for a fade starting at a 0 on the bottom, yet absolutely no fade was done. Parts of the top were cut unevenly as well. Like I said before, I can’t justify spending $30 for a less than $10 quality haircut. I will no longer be going to Sports Clips moving forward.

Great customer service. When I bought new product I opened it and it had been unsealed and used. I called the shop who then realized my stylist accidentally gave me her product and not the new one she just grabbed off the shelf. (I get it crap happens). Knowing I was inconvenienced they not only exchanged the product but also gave a discount. Brian A.

Love the great haircut that Mandy provides. One complaint. Could you please bring back the Season Pass. There’s nothing wrong with allowing customers a small perk for their loyalty.

I've been a repeat customer going to this location for a long time. Mandy, Erica, and Grace are great---they do an exceptional job. Mandy is super friendly and you know that she does a great job because she has people whom are coming to wait for her---same with Erica (had my hair cut by her recently). They are great. Grace, also very nice---it's nice to have a friendly chat when you are getting your hair cut plus they take the time to ask you questions and get it the way you want! Customer service is a tough job, but really been rare I've had any kind of bad interactions with any of them (really at all)!

We usually go to the Turkey Creek location but today we went here due to time constraints and will not make that mistake again. Whoever cut my sons hair cut it super unevenly, missed one sideburn completely. We will stick with the Turkey Creek location as we have never had a bad experience there. I had to give 1 star but realistically it's 0

I absolutely love this place. The girls are always so pleasant and they go out to their way to make sure everyone has a great experience. Erica in particular, has excellent customer service skills, and to see her smiling face when I enter the store is always a pleasant surprise.

Updating my previous review. Another customer erroneously checked in on the app as first available instead of choosing a hairstylist. Instead of making him accept the fact he made a mistake, they decided they would check him in twice and let him skip ahead of people who properly checked it and make them wait. Did not figure this out until I got home and looked at my screenshot. This ended up causing a scene in the store, all because people feel entitled. This is not rocket science, whoever is shown on the board is next. Since this has happened twice, I'm not going back here anymore despite being a customer for years. I've been willing to overlook the manager's RBF as pointed out in other reviews since she doesn't cut my hair, but she's also part of the problem.

All the ladies are always welcoming and are hilarious. You always get greeted at the door. I see Mandy and have been since 2011. One of the most talented barbers I've worked with and will always be a dedicated patron.

I walked in there and waited and was ignored. None of the employees talked to me or even checked me in. I just walked out. Bad customer service.

The service was friendly however, the stylist seemed uncomfortable dealing with my type of hair. My beard was unevenly cut and I left having not experienced the MVP experience.
