Absurd wait time. With two stylists and three guys ahead of me I was still there for almost two hours. Partly due to the fact they called the waitlist out of order and two of us got bumped back a spot thanks to a fault with the online check in. Was told this error has happened before so it would be nice to see them taking more precaution to ensure walkins aren’t getting bumped again. Nonetheless, two hours is ridiculous. Hair cut was okay. Update: Contacted owner as requested at the provided email address and there was no reply back.

Haircuts here are fine. But I’ll never come back. They ask you to check in online with an estimated wait time that they can never meet. They advertise “cutting the wait” and make you wait anyway. I’ve given them more than one chance and it’s still the same. My online checkin 39 min wait is now at 70min and I’m still 3rd in line.

I give them no stars! I took my 6 year old son there a few days ago. The older woman Jean cut my son's hair and did a very poor job. She rushed within 5 to 10 minutes when I asked for a fade. I was very upset so another girl Bree that works there started to cut and fix my son's hair. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they failed to even do that. Then I was still charged full price and no discounts. Then this morning they have the audacity to call and harrass us because my boyfriend son rated them a zero. Disgusting! We will never go back. I do not recommend.

Nice friendly staff, I felt it was over priced. I had about 4 inches taken straight off my ends. I didn't sit in the chair for even 1 minute yet was charged $25 & of course i still left her a $5 tip...she doesn't set the prices. Both gals were very polite.

Sam was professional and personable. Was forthcoming in talking about her training, how she pushed in school to go to a salon but she only wanted to cut mens hair. She did an excellent job. I will definitely be going back and will be recommending Sports clips and Sam to my friends and family!

She took time with my haircut and I liked that. Then you get a shampoo and a massage with a hot herbal towel around your face for the massage. It’s great! And reasonable prices for all you get.

Buzzed the length at my forehead on my undercut today. It looks like I have a receding hair line. That took me over a year to grow that out. My regular lady left, so I made the mistake of trying someone else.

SHAVED HIS HAIR WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE 6 INCHES. Seriously? It TOOK HIM A *YEAR* TO GROW THAT OUT! Who buzzes the length part on an undercut?! She was also obnoxiously loud, according to the boyfriend. You're lucky he's too nice to say anything, or stiff you. But he should have. If a manager is reading this- this was today: 12 Jan 2023 in the afternoon. She was the only one who was stupid loud, boyfriend went alone. I'd have never let her do that if I'd been available to join him. Holy cow.. the grow out process is not only awkward, but extremely frustrating for him. Good job, Ms incompetent. 👏

The shop was unorganized. The stylist, with the red shoes, seemed uninterested in cutting my hair. I was on-deck and waiting patiently. Meanwhile she was taking a break, housekeeping. etc. Perhaps she was stalling until the stylist next to her could finish up. My first and likely my last trip to Sport Clips.
