First time to Sport Clips. Stylist listened to what I wanted and did it exactly that way. She was extremely personable and likeable. Will definitely go back and ask for her.

I’m very curious if the stylist at Sports Clips had to go through cosmetology school or some sort of hair school because we’ve given one too many tries at this location. Even with specific pictures to help guide our son’s hair gets jacked up every time. A little off the top doesn’t mean hacking it all off. They don’t know how to fade, let alone fade straight. For a kids cut it’s expensive and for a very simple boys cut they do not know how to do it. I don’t ever leave reviews, but this is just bad! I don’t know why we gave so many chances.

This is the second time I go there and Magdalena cuts my hair. I try to give every establishment a second chance, but yet again my neck gets shredded by the same stylist. I will NEVER return! I'm not sure if the people there aren't properly cleaning their clippers, or if they're just not properly trained. Either way, I would highly suggest not visiting this location.

Pésima la actitud del personal el día de hoy! llegue con mi hijo y lo registre estuvimos esperando más de una 1hora y media en este lugar! Estuvieron pasando los demás clientes que tenían su cita reservadas y atendiendo las personas que iban llegando y registrándose, después de nosotros! No sé qué fue lo que pasó que borraron el nombre de mi hijo y me dijeron que tenía que volver a registrarme y esperar más tiempo para que le pudieran dar el servicio que solicitamos! Me levanté molesta😡 y nos salimos del lugar ese.

Went in there to have my sons haircut. We decided to try Luis out, BAD idea. Luis is not a friendly person on the contrary. We showed Luis a clear picture of the fade we wanted, he clearly did not listen to us and gave my son some weird cut that wasn’t a fade. Not only did he not fade my son’s hair, he got mad when I asked if can fix it. He intentionally butchered my son’s hair.

Bianca did very well with my hair and gave me exactly what I asked for. She suggested some products for me that would help with my hair and wasn't too pushy on the sale. Would come back.

Our 4 year old got his hair cut and our 1 year old got his first hair cut and our experience was absolutely the best. Everyone was so friendly and our boys hair cuts looked great! We will be going back again!

I made an online reservation for a stylist and then showed up when I was supposed to for my haircut. After waiting for 10 minutes she came and called someone else who had no preference for a stylist and the my wait time updated to another 30 minutes. The point of the reservation is not waiting for 45 minutes for a haircut. I won’t be back, especially since you never know what you’re going to get with the quality of the haircut…

Made an account through their website, arrived at their location, signed in, and was rudely passed over for a haircut twice in a row. I selected "earliest available" stylist on the computer. I was literally the only one waiting for someone to cut my haircut for 5-10mins until others started arriving. They knew I was there, did not offer to cut my hair, nor did they even attempt to give an explanation as to why. Terrible service and I'm surprised more reviews are calling them out on it.

We were struggling to find a good barber to cut our boys hair. I looked up Sports Clips and decided to use their services. The Sports Clips at Village of Stone Oak have great attention to detail and the staff is friendly. Most importantly they know how to cut hair and our boys love it. We definitely recommend Sports Clips…plus, they have a big screen tv for the waiting guests and the locker room decorations are a step up from other hair cutters.
