My husband and son got their haircut yesterday before we had a holiday party to attend- we normally go to a barber or the SportsClips in Strawbridge… going here was a mistake. My husband’s was bad but my son’s is awful. Completely uneven and absolutely WILD to me that the stylist found this to be acceptable. 2nd time we’ve had a bad experience. Honestly we’ll never go back.

So I've been coming here for at least 4 years, and today was probably the worst experience I've had with a haircut, maybe ever. I provided clear instructions of what I wanted done (4&2, scissor cut the top to blend in and to scissor cut the bangs to length). What it looks like (typically) is to the left, what she gave me was on the right. She started with the clippers immediately to my bangs and by the time, it was already too late. To add insult to injury, the stylist told me I "should've shown her a picture." While it may have been helpful, having notes on clients and maybe listening to what I said probably would've helped more. To make matters worse, I told her before I sat down that I needed to fix my hair because I'm taking team pictures the same day, and she drops this absolute gem of a haircut. But it's my fault cause I didn't show her a picture. OF A BASIC A** HAIRCUT. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Thanks "Cheree" for making my day better and thanks for making my Team Photo special. The best part was this BS of a "haircut" was still $35 dollars. It looks like my bootcamp picture. Go to a barber or a "real" stylist, don't come here if it's an emergency. Just go another week, it'll be fine. It's my fault that I keep coming here, but I've learned my lesson.

This location seems to have unusual hours and often the wait here is longer than other locations. I've had a few cuts here. The stylists are nice enough.

It’s been sitting on my heart all day. I had just came out of first watch and was sitting in my car, when this elderly lady pulled up and parked in front of sports clip to go into the hand and stone. Which is right next to it. One of the people came out telling her she can’t park there it was their business parking but there are not assign business parking except the bank I was thinking this persons acting all crazy over a parking spot then 2 more of their ppl come out and accosted her I was worried about her safety but the lady gave in and just moved the car.

It is my regular place now to get my hair cut. The Stylists keeps a record of how your hair was cut and if you get a new Stylist she will have List of how your hair the cut as well. It Hassel free. Appointments are easy with their app on your Phone.

Been coming here for 3 years now. Used to have a pixie cut and now i have shoulder length hair and the stylists are just as good doing short as they are long. Definitely recommend coming here for a quick cut. They also have great products for curly hair people and will gladly show you how to use them and where you can purchase them for some great prices.

Love this place. I had swore off of chain barber shops after a bad experience but I have been reformed! Great atmosphere good people and AMAZING service. Jess made sure to see that all my needs and concerns were met and left me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for my weekend looking great!

A woman employee was cutting hair while she was sick. Sounded so exhausted, congested, and coughing. No mask either. I'm sure if I asked her she would have just said 'oh it's just allergies'. Haircut that day was slightly sub-par but I usually don't stick to one barber so that's on me. Had good experience with this place in the past but not that day. 3 stars because it deals with health.

I use this location every weekend to get my haircut. The consistency of the haircut is not matched anywhere else. My primary stylist is Marcy and she is always consistent, friendly, and lovely to talk with. If I could leave a second set of stars for the new application, I would do so and leave 1 out of 5 stars. Sport Clips updated their website and app. I scheduled a haircut with Marcy today (2/18/2024) and I had a 53 minute wait. Not an issue as I live about twenty-five minutes from my location. When I arrived in store my appointment had fallen out of the system. I am a weekly regular and all of the stylists at this location know that I routinely go to Marcy. I was instructed by staff to leave a review of the new app and to point out this glitch.

I show’d up after checking in online. Advised my eta. Was 24 minutes. I show’d up in 11 and they let the person who had just walked in and parked next to me go ahead although they had no reservation or check-in. Makes sense that in store gets priority if I wasn’t given the exact opposite treatment last time of waiting in store for 25 minutes and a hair stylist waited 15 minutes for the person who was check in online. The only reason I made an account. Just need consistency. Love Sports Clips but will use another location from here on out.

They will take advantage of teens! My son paid for an Ultimate VIP to trim around the edges and have his hair washed. They did NOT tell him that's what he was going to be paying for. They also didn't listen to what he asked for! $38 for that??? Plus he gave a nice tip, which he shouldn't have! $45 to trim edges??? You guys should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage if teens like that!! Hopefully he will not give you the opportunity to do that to him again!

If you need a fade, DO NOT GET IT DONE BY ANGELA! There’s no reason a defined line should be leftover. I had to fix it myself at home! I can tell she doesn’t care about the quality of her work. Her whole demeanor was sour. Every other stylist has been great here except for her.
