The service that Tolia provided was great. My son felt very comfortable while she was cutting and even washing his hair. She made sure that she kept engaging with my son and myself while she put her professional hair cutting and styling skills to work. I love bringing my son to your location in waterford lakes to get his hair done because all of the staff is friendly and they make sure the shop remains clean and comfortable for kids and adults alike.

I normally avoid the chain barbershops, but I couldn’t ignore the rave reviews at this location so I decided to give them a try. Tolia did not disappoint and gave me a phenomenal haircut, especially considering this was the first time she’d touched my hair! My only gripe is that for $30+ it wasn’t dried and styled after the shampoo, but I have yet to find a stylist anywhere that can have me going straight from the chair back to the office. However, after I went back home to style it, I was very pleased. Highly recommend paying this location a visit!

My husband usually goes to a high end barber in our neighborhood and on a whim tried Sports Clips for the first time today. He went in for a simple trim and walked out with a trim, a beard trim, and feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Much better experience than what he gets at the much costlier place he usually goes to. Grayce was his stylist and she was delightful. He will be back!

I brought my AuADHD son in as a walk in. We were greeted by Mandy who happily took my son. She was patient, gentle and considerate towards him the entire time. She asked him opinion on the hair cut and even gave him the hot towel, hair/scalp massage and shampoo. My kid said it was the best experience ever and wanted to go back to Mandy again! 10/10, so glad we gave this place a chance. Thank you for making my son feel special!

I went to get an haircut at Sports Clip for the first time last Thursday. I was lucky enough to got the service from Julio. He was very attentive and made me comfortable, while providing the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back for Julio.

I highly recommend seeing Nikki, she did an amazing job on my haircut. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for in a haircut based on the photos I showed her.

I had a wonderful first-time experience getting a haircut at this location. I was attended by Yveth, who was amazingly proffessional with what I WANTED!!! She did right by my inspo pictures, and asked me all the right questions. She is an extremly talanted hairdresser, who will do right by you! I recommend her to anyone who is young, or wanting a young looking haircut. SHE KNOWS WHATS UP!!!!

Ariel the manager is the reason this is 2 stars and not 5 stars. This is the third time I’ve come in when she’s been here and she has been incredibly rude for no reason. Everyone else who works here is incredibly good at their job and always polite, but I feel terrible for them if Ariel treats them even half as bad as she does customers.

Appointment system sucks. I have made several appointments in the last 6 months and 4 of them I ended up cancelling because my wait time kept getting bumped up. Last time I had a 60 minute wait so I went signed in, waited about 15 minutes then went and grabbed lunch ce back and my wait time was 20 minutes. I sat and waited. My wait time got down to. 4 minutes. I was all set to go then the wait time board refreshed and now my wait time was 25 minutes. Cancelled and left. 4th time something similar happened.

Customer service is non existent. Was there waiting for Yvette for 45 minutes (the original wait time) we waiting for 55 minutes and proceeded to ask what happened at front desk give that the board added 30 more minutes at minute 55. They let us that she had an emergency and that she’d be back in 10-15 mins. 35 minutes passed and we went back to front desk and asked and they explained it was because I had chosen Yvette. No solution to the problem what so ever. I proceed to ask if there is something that can be done and with and not so kind attitude mention she could take my son. I ended up leaving to the Oviedo location. These people need some serious customer service training and problem solving skill. They are all in a customer service based business and should know better. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t like to be treated that way.

Previously, I never would have step foot in one these chain haircuts locations; however, upon reading the reviews, I figured I would give it a shot. Overall I am happy. Though the star of the show is Grayce. She seems to be the best person here. She listens to instructions and feedback and is kind to talk with. The only reason I don’t rate this place a 5/5 is while I never had a haircut with the other people working here, some of them just aren’t too kind.
