AJ and Michelle are top notch! They have been cutting my hair over a year, and I will gladly brave the Woodruff rd traffic to have them cut my hair, versus going to another location that is subpar. Thank you ladies for the wonderful job you have done and continue to do!

I brought my 84 year old father in this location today for a haircut and beard trim. If I could give Courtney 10 stars, I would! She was so sweet and took her time with my Dad. She even cut his hair in his electric wheelchair so he didn’t have to move from his chair. We both felt like the other two girls went in the back so they didn’t have to deal with my Dad but, that’s fine. We will be coming back and requesting Courtney every time! She is absolutely amazing and made my Dad’s day!

Signed in online with an estimate of 36 min go there 10 min early then they told me my wait would be an additional 33 min. I was told they took the people in store ahead of the waitlist. I asked why have a waitlist then? I was met by attitude from some barber named Cat. She had a horrible attitude and customer service and told me I should go somewhere else. Horrible attitude horrible customer service.

Thank you to Natalie for a great last minute haircut! My teenage son has picture day this week and Monday would've been the perfect day for our busy family to get his hair cut since school was out; until I realized our normal place was closed for Labor Day. Sport Clips was open until 3 but they all worked later than that to get everyone done that was waiting before they closed. Best of all, he loves his cut and so do I! Thank you to the entire staff for working and a special thank you to Natalie for taking such good care of my son. We'll be back!

I have been going to Sport Clips for several years now. I’ve worn a flat top for years and sometimes it’s hard to find the right person to cut a flat top. AJ and Dallas do a phenomenal job at the Woodruff Rd location. Always friendly and professional. Actually AJ worked at another store and moved to the Woodruff RD location. I followed her there, even if it was a few extra miles. It’s so hard to find someone to cut a flat top the correct way. AJ and Dallas give new meaning to customer service! AJ (Adonica) did a great job on my hair. I’ve been growing it out for a long time and was worried. AJ completely changed that worry to an excitement. Had around maybe 8 or 9 inches of hair? Was going for a fade with a shortish/mid length top, like 4 or 5 inches. Barber holds up hair, points at halfway mark and says right here good, I say yea, and then they starts cutting way shorter. Fade starts too high, hair doesn’t reach where it needs to. At least layered okay though, just wish my hair wasn’t an inch and a half lon.

Ariel was fabulous! Fast, personable without being over the top, and did a nice job on top of it all. I'll continue coming to this location! The Easley store was closer but they foolishly got rid of their best stylist, so at least I've found another expert!

I've had my hair cut by Jackie countless times and she has continuously delivered an exceptional service. She remembers specific details about the way my hair lays and provides quality feedback about how to accomplish the look I'm hoping to achieve. This past time she cut my hair she even put off her break in order to cut my hair. I trust her ability and certainly will return. While I generally stick with Jackie, I have from time-to-time had my hair cut by other stylists at this location and they all provide a great service. A great shop that is full of fun personalities that continuously deliver a great service!

My brother, visiting from California was in for a cut last week. His stylist (if you want to call her that) was Haley. He wasn't sure what he wanted and walked in with fairly long hair (about 6 or 7 inches). She buzzed his head unevenly and didn't even offer a shave his face or brush off the excess hair from the botched buzz. During the cut all she talked about was her 2 week notice and next paycheck. My brother is a passive person, I however am not. I called the store to get his money back and inform the store that I emediately had to take him to a barber to try and fix it. When I called your location of course little miss Haley answered the phone. She refused the refund or to give any info of a manager to speak to and was very patronizing by calling me honey even though I was obviously upset. I've brought my son to this location numerous times and never had such a HORRIBLE experience. Haley has no business cutting hair. I cannot believe that our situation was handled so unprofessionally. I will be contacting the corporate office for a full refund.

They are very sweet and it's definitely for a man. The shampoo smell was for a man, and the lady cutting hair said that she only knew how to cut mens hair. Mine was a little uneven when I got home, but I just needed the sides and back shaped up.
