Got a couples massage from May and Linda and they were incredible!! They knew just what to do with no instruction from us at all. So satisfied with the service I highly recommend. The facial she gave me shaved 5 years off my face. Thank you!!

The receptionist is so nice, Myriam! Emily was a great, she knows the body very well, it was such a relaxing experience! I would definitely visit again. Glad I came here today! Overall 5 starts all around!

The person who was supposed to give me a relaxing Swedish massage, clearly had no idea what she was doing. She was clearly not a licensed therapist. Was bizarrely aggressive and painful experience and I legit was worried about neck injury. (If you ever consider going there ask to see their license first.) And at the end of this horrible experience she had the audacity to rudely force me to tip her a high number.

just had a wonderful wonderful massage here with May! My first time in they were incredibly accommodating and I felt 10 times more relaxed the second I walked in. May was very attentive to my needs and made sure to check in and ask me where I’d like more attention on my massage. Left feeling incredibly calm and rested—definitely will be back

On June 10th, I had a deep tissue massage and cupping done with May. The massage was very rough and rushed and she was very talkative during my visit. I also had cupping done at the end and that helped with reliving some of my back pain. Although, I used to come to this spa regularly when Angel was my masseuse because of how attentive & kind she was, however, since she is no longer employed at this spa I will not be a returning patron. I’ve been to Spring Soho Spa several times and the very first appointment was a horrible experience. When I arrived I was abruptly assigned to Cindy as my masseuse and similarly to my most recent visit with May, she was very gregarious during my massage session. Furthermore, during my facial she made a minute indentation in my forehead and was racist and combative towards the end of my visit regarding the amount of her tip. Never ever have I been accosted for more money in an establishment that I’ve spent hundreds of dollars EVER AGAIN. If you are a woman and/or person of color, you have been forewarned.

I did the Swedish deep tissue massage with May, who did a great job in making sure the pressure was right and that I was comfortable throughout the massage. They accept ClassPass reservations and they take Venmo and cash for tips. The place is clean and comfortable, and they offer some small complimentary snacks at the waiting area. I feel less tense and more relaxed after the massage, which was the goal!

cindy was amazing. i got the 60 minute aromatherapy massage i highly recommend. she listened to my requests and really worked on the areas i wanted. i definitely recommend and will be going back :)

I had the signature facial and it was wonderful, the staff were very kind and welcoming. My facialist asked about my concerns and made sure to treat my skin accordingly. Would definitely come again
