Had an outstanding massage from Spring flower spa. My masseuse was Vicky and she made me feel wonderful. The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained and Vicky smile is warm and welcoming would suggest any and everyone to visit.

I came in feeling like the peanut brittle you impulse buy at the market because it was the only thing with sugar you could justify eating at that time but the moment you bite into it you instantly regret every single one of your life choices, and I left feeling like the most luscious and supple drizzle of smooth peanut butter--laced of course with glimmering drops of honey willingly donated by scores of bees who had once heard of the legendary Okuyama Body Spa... all atop a perfectly crisped slice of gluten free toast. There is NO need to go to any other place for a massage. Ever. Seriously. I don't care what deal you think you're getting. I've been coming here for months in excruciating pain (and sometimes in tears) from sitting like a gremlin at my laptop every day and every single time they've taken the time to understand what my problems were. In fact, sometimes I think they're only asking to make me think I know what's hurting, because they can read my body better than me! Seriously. They aren't just giving a back rub or trying to carve out large portions of your soul for no reason--they are SO knowledgeable about the human body and what YOURS needs. Every massage feels like a tailored physical therapy appointment. It's so easy to feel like you're missing out on something better in New York. But I never will as long as I keep coming here.

I had a really terrible experience with the service. I was so looking forward to a relaxing massage, but it was just awful. She didn't understand English at all and kept asking for money, like multiple times. She didn't know how to give a proper massage, and the whole service was just really bad.

Wow, I feel like a new person after my massage! The whole experience was so calming, from the soothing music to the perfect pressure the therapist used. I’ve been dealing with some serious back tension, and they worked it out like magic. I didn’t want to leave! I’ll definitely be coming back regularly—best massage I’ve had in ages!

i had a very bad experience with the service. I was really tired and just wanted to relax with a good massage, but it turned out to be awful. The owner was friendly, but the worker who worked on me, Amy, was terrible. She didn’t understand English at all and kept asking me for money, money ... multiple times. She didn’t know how to give a proper massage, and the service was really bad. It felt like all she cared about was getting more tips. I am very disappointed and unhappy.

I saw good reviews on Google and came here to try it out. I was very disappointed. The service was very bad, and the massage technicians were very bad. I didn't feel relaxed, and they asked for a high tip. If the tip was too small, they didn't show any displeasure. Don't be fooled by them. Especially the thin lady at the front desk who didn't have a good service attitude at all. She looked like I owed her money.

Place is downstairs. I was greeted at the door by a woman who spoke English. Place has a relaxing environment. She led me to the room and introduced herself as Lisa. I got the hour. She had a good firm massage and occasionally asked me questions. With the music and massage I almost fell asleep. Tip was reasonable, and she smiled when I handed it to her. On the way out, she opened the door for me and said, "See you next time!" I'll be back for sure.

I came because I’ve been having bad back and chest pain when I wake up in the mornings. I told the woman that and she did some great stretching with me. I woke up pain free this morning! Would recommend! Tell her what is bothering you or what to focus on and she will do it. Thank you for helping with my pain!
