The owner can be arrogant. I went to spring spa for about 1 year during that time they had very little nail techs. About 2 to 3 including the owner. He was very nice and friendly at that time. When is effective grew, his arrogance started to show. No wonder why he lost his nail tech the first time around. Nails were okay. I was very happy with my nails 4 times and one time I had to return the next day to have them fix because the gel polish bubbled and looked bad. After that manicure and pedicure were decent. The last time, I went the owner was very rude. I guess he started having to many clients. It’s sad! Because I saw how depressing his nail shop looked with 2 technicians.

I’m not usually one to get my nails done, but it has been a new self-care practice recently! Everyone I’ve dealt with here is super, super nice and they do such great work. 10/10 would definitely recommend - worth every penny!

This nail salon was such a pleasant experience! Even though they were close to closing for the day, they took my mom, sister and I for pedicures. Even though it was the end of their work day, they took their time and made it so special! We even laughed quite a bit as their staff was so outgoing and friendly. We will definitely be back! Very clean facility as well.

Very rude people I made appointment to get my nails done and they keeper laughing giggling 🤭 being inappropriate unprofessional the girl that was doing my nails broke my bracelet after she gave me massage because we got the VIP $250 for what for bad service and distraction of property no thanks never again

Don't know if owner has any idea of what goes on when you post a less than favorable review but he likely does or should know.... So this edit is about salon bizarre reaction to my honest post calling me at home to berate me --And I had been out of town extended time but just saw odd comment by owner with a question mark? Sure would be nice to hear from him instead. Having just heard a local friend complain about similar experience. I was actually called at home not once but twice by Vu and berated about posting my review!!! How totally unprofessional! I listened calmly as he ranted I must be very unhappy person,(!!) they don't need my business, etc. and he waits everywhere he goes doctor, dentist, etc. Really your excuse ?!! Many great reviews but I see Feby Emelio recently posted and others have had same experience and was also threatened with "no nail service again by him(Vu)." Really?! I was also chastised about length of time between my 1st and 2nd appts so like some others say in posts, maybe regulars get better treatment. The 2nd call came after hours 7:35PM(!) from his cell and while I thought it might be to make amends it was more of the same so I politely cut it short and said I wasn't interested in participating. Glad to see many happy with nails but outrageous bizarre behavior by a business ! Guess he may likely deny the calls but how else would I have his cell #.. Last month a great experience w/o any appt. and manicure was nice. Then I had just walked in for gel manicure and had not too long a wait. Totally different today w/appt. and bad vibe overall. I tell them I have manicure appt. and am pointed to color swatches. No one asks name so i figure I am only one at 1 PM Not sure what was going on but had to wait 40+ minutes past booked appt time. Or why woman who comes in 10 minutes after me& said she had appt at same time is seen first w/no wait. I finally end up called, sitting next to appt book & only see my name written in it. No one asked my name or hers so If u don't ask anyone's name how do u know who booked? Worst of all- not a single word of apology for taking me so late-would have made a huge difference. Guy who did my nails was totally in a surly bad mood. I don't need comedy but I found myself trying to just make him loosen up a bit with idle chit chat. And it was on him to answer all incoming calls in the midst of manicure even tho someone else was free. I was very foggy, fatigue from an RX & wasn't moving hands in & out of UV light promptly enough he says "Am I confusing you(!). Had he been in lighter mood I may have passed it off as a joke but no smiles throughout entire session. Even when done it was just a curt "You're done" .A couple he knew came in over behind me bantering about a piano he bought so I waited to get up til they were done chatting He again says "You're done!" Every other client was asked "cash or credit?" ( I recall small discount for cash is given)...Not me.. I had to ask him myself. What's up with that..I tip well and the manicure again may be good, but not a pleasant experience today.

Everyone there is so friendly and nice. They take there time and really take pride in there work. I have been going there for over 3 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have new CBD products for pedicures and manicures too. Great prices and great ambiance. 5 stars all day!!!

Got my nails done for prom and they looked soo good! fast forward 1 month later and let me tell you THE RETENTION IS REAL. I can’t believe they have lasted me so long. I’m about to go back soon for a fill and get something nice for my vacation!!! Shout out to my nail tech Genie. She does wonderful long lasting nails!

Unfortunately, the dip did not last long. I have been doing it for many years and know how long it lasts. I overheard another client question the gel/acrylic that the nail rep was performing, when they came for gel. Sketch. I was not impressed with the service for the cost. I see there are high reviews, my visit as an experienced gel/dip/acrylic customer with talent, did not get it here. Still searching.

I had two disappointing visits, both times with Vu, the salon manager. During my first appointment, my friend and I arrived promptly at 5:30, only to find that Vu had overbooked clients. Despite my booking being for 5:30, he insisted I had booked for 5, which was not the case. At 6:15, I was on the verge of leaving without having my nails done, but he rushed over, boasting about his 30 years of experience and claimed he could finish it in 15 minutes. He hurriedly did my nails (dip) in 20 minutes. Predictably, they didn't last two weeks - three of my nails chipped and broke. Hoping for a better experience, I returned for a second appointment, only to face similar issues. Again, Vu kept me waiting, this time for over 20 minutes. When he finally started working on my nails, he was attending phone calls and checking out other clients. He left me waiting with my nails wrapped for another 20 minutes, before hurriedly finishing the service. His rough handling during the nail filing process caused me pain, and when I expressed discomfort, he dismissed my concerns with derogatory remarks like 'don't act like a little girl'. His unprofessional behavior reached its peak when he declared, in front of my friend and other clients, that he would 'never work on my nails again.' This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable. Needless to say, neither I nor my friend will be returning. This time, I spent 5 minutes shy of 2 hours at the salon, only to be belittled and dismissed, with one cracked nail already. It's unfortunate when the actions of one employee hurt the reputation of an entire business due to their unprofessional behavior.

Spring Spa is by far my favorite place. Everyone is so sweet and listens!! They're so friendly and will make you feel a million bucks afterwards. I've had everyone do my nails and toes and I've never been disappointed. They're truly the best!! High recommended!!!

Went in to have a facial and Leo did an excellent job. Service was great 😊. Upon check out he looked at me and said "ate you sure I can't do your nails for you?" When I looked at my nails I realized he really didn't like the way I polished them 😂😂so I went ahead and had a gel manicure done as well 🥰 Very happy with how it turned out ❤️❤️

I have been to the salon about five times now after moving to Maryland and always leave very happy with my manicures and pedicures. The salon is bright and clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have found the salon that works for me!
