Everytime I go to the Nail Shop the employees are right there to help you and are so friendly. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I have always come in and they are so busy but they make sure to take care of you. I really appreciate there attentiveness. They never leave you feeling like they forgot about you.

I appreciate the pleasantness, professionalism, and quality of the techs. I usually just request anybody who is available, and most of the time I've gotten very good work. I would love if they would all put their names on the tickets so you would know and remember who did your work in case you would like to request them again because I usually forget to ask their name for some reason. Thank you for being a business I prefer to return to!

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING salon! I walked in and they were So friendly and accommodating. My nail tech, Kim, was so kid and extremely talented. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she helped me pick the colors and was so friendly and gentle with my nails. I will make the 2 hour drive to make sure my nails are this perfect every 2 weeks! I cannot recommend this place enough. If you want fabulous nails and all of the other services they offer, run to this salon! Thank you Kim and all the rest of the staff 😊💕

Fantastic place, I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! Highly recommend the collagen pedicure. The place was so busy but they managed it so well like clock work moving people in and out while still making sure everyone got the most amazing experience. My daughter got a kid mani and pedi and it was so cute. I also got a full set and it was such great quality work

Had a great experience with Kimmese SHW did fabulous !!! I showed her a picture and she was spot on getting my nails the same exact way thank you so much. Cannot recommend her enough.

I came here for the first time today. Kimmese took great care of me and did an amazing job on my nails! I showed her what I wanted and she absolutely nailed it! I will definitely be back!

Today was such a busy day for these hard workers. The hot water tank failed and they hauled hot water to14 pedicure chairs. Thank you all so much. My heart goes out to you all.

Update: disappointed in the last two times I’ve been here unfortunately won’t come back.. it’s already an investment in cost and my dip nails were rushed. I never get dip with extensions and did for Christmas as a special thing and they ended up not shaped good and bubbly everywhere. Didn’t realize it of course until I get out into the light and it was too late to go spend another hour to fix. I can’t afford that type of service. Won’t be back now after going for 3 years. Jayson did amazing on my nails, attention to detail, informative and kind. I’ll definitely be requesting him in the future. Appreciate good business!

Brian is hands down the best! My nails are always flawless and will last upwards of 3 months or more if I have to push them for whatever reason. I was driving from Denver everytime till I bought a house down here in the springs. I always recommend them! Definitely check them out if you’re in the area. Tracey is also really good too!

Had Jasmine do my elopement Nails and she was quick, efficient, clarifies what you want. Store is clean and nice, has snacks and water. Nails were hard gel, in the photo it has been 3 weeks or more, no lifting noted or chips on the French.

I had gotten my nails done at another salon and wasn’t happy with the design that had been done. I have gone to Springs Nails & Spa in the past and hadn’t left for any specific reason that I can remember. I popped in explaining what I was looking for & even stated I was more than happy to make an appointment as I realized I was a walk-in. The woman at the front counter assured me they could get me in in about 5-10 minutes. Even better that they wouldn’t have to completely redo my dip but just the design, I was willing to do whatever to correct my nails. She had me wait at a table and even came by to reassure me the nail tech would be with me momentarily. Again, I was a walk-in, so I appreciated them getting me in and was willing to wait. The nail technician was the true star of this show. Tracy came over and looked at the picture of what I wanted & got to work. I was beyond ecstatic with the end result. She did an absolutely phenomenal job. I would 100% go back to her & Springs Nail & Spa again. I posted what I was looking for & the end result.

I have been seeing Kent since last year for my mani and pedicures. He does fantastic work. He provides me with just PERFECT nails that I want. He provides individualized attention with all the extras which I like. I saw Kent today as I have to leave Colorado Springs for several weeks, so I had to get an appt before I leave. I feel their prices are reasonable. The facility is clean. You can see the staff cleaning each chair, foot basin, etc. after each client. Thank you Springs Nail Salon for another terrific experience. I live in Albuquerque, NM but I spend a lot of time in the Springs visiting family. I always visit Springs Salon and Spa before returning to Albuquerque. I was there last Tuesday for my appt. with Kent. I receive an exceptional experience every time. I had a mani and pedi and waxing. I simply can't say enough wonderful things about this Spa and Kent's service. Thank you again!

I really want to give a higher rating but the amount of negative experiences far outweighs the bad. I had an appointment and was seated rather quickly but sat at an empty pedicure chair for 15 minutes before I had enough of waiting. I get gel nails on my fingernails and toenails so coming to get my nails done every three weeks takes roughly an hour and a half. There is only ONE person who can do any type of design and even when you schedule with that ONE person, you are pawned off and are forced to have no designs or wait until that person is free. Not to mention there was nail extensions all over the floor. I started this review at a 3 start but since sitting here not receiving any services for 20 minutes past my appointment time I need to drop my trading. I have to see a different nail technician who reluctantly agreed to do 'any design, what ever you want'. I was scheduled for a manicure and pedicure but had to skip my pedicure due to not being serviced in a timely manner. Their prices are higher than other competitors in the area and they don't have great service.

I received a deluxe pedicure by Lee and it was amazing. Her massage was the best I've ever had during a pedicure. It wasn't rushed at all. She was great. ❤️

I research nail salons in the Springs before choosing this one based off FB recommendations, reviews, and their packages online. I was specifically looking for something with a GREAT leg massage as my legs were very sore. This salon is 30 mins away from me and it was definitely worth it. I got the green tea and honey pedicure and my technician was Kent. He did a wonderful job and the massage was top notch and a full 30 mins. They even give you a hot aromatherapy pad for your shoulders. The entire service took just over an hour. Highly highly recommend.

The service is wonderful and the stuff is very accommodating. They don't push the service on you like so.e other nail shops. Love this place. They don't reuse the pedicure kits.

Tried Springs Nails for the first time today for a pedi and was SUPER happy with it. Staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was comfortable. They're a bit out of the way for me, but I will drive farther for a repeat experience. I definitely recommend them.
