I saw this salon on Saturday, while taking a walk down 15th St in South Loop. I stopped to ask about services: A woman gave me a card and said that I would need to text the phone number on the card. I sent a text to the phone number the card, by introducing who I was, how I obtained the card and inquired about services. I never received a follow-up response from anyone at the number.

Spring is an amazing human being! We are a group of hairdressers, flew in to Chicago for a hair event. Our hair equipment wasn’t working due to voltage problem. We have had asked so many salons to help us out, Spring was the only one who was very enthusiastic from the second we met and told our story! Wishing you and your team all the best! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was amongst friends. My new stylist, Tina was very professional and personable. My haircut and color was awesome. The other stylists and clients were also very friendly. The salon is exceptionally clean, and the atmosphere is a great place to be pampered and feel relaxed. I could tell that everyone in the place enjoyed being there.Springs Place is my new go-to for all of my hair care needs as I transition from relaxer to natural and forward. It's a very busy area, but parking was easy.

This is the best salon in the South Loop! The staff is inviting and professional and I have never had a bad haircut. I found Spring's Place this summer before they moved to their new location and I wouldn't think to go anywhere else. Thank you!
