I went on 11/22/24 for the first treatment for stem cell injections for ED at the LA clinic. The staff greeted me with a smile. The treatment was quick and almost no pain. The doctor and nurse were polite and professional. It's been two months and still no improvement. Hope to see good results soon.

I went yesterday to the Los Angeles clinic for my Men's Health treatment. Had to fly in from Seattle. So it was a fast treatment. The staff were all friendly and very professional. And even saw me a few hours before my treatment so I could make it for my flight home without the stress of missing my flight. It really was a great visit and treatment.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of all staff members at Spring Rejuvination Center. The doctor who performed my procedure (Dr. Devivo) was very easy to talk to, made me feel welcome and relaxed. He has great “bedside manners.” Staff followed up with me a few days later and again a few weeks later to check on my progress. We’ve scheduled a follow-up Zoom meeting next week. I would rate my experience with the Center as 10 out of 10!

My experience with office was OK but my treatment 💉🧬🩸that I had 7months ago has had not any significant improvement 😕maybe a little less than I was before the treatment and I never got a call back ?the three months evaluation check up For blood flow circulation ?from this clinic 🤔

Went in with lower back pain and needed 2 doses. Initially I thought they would do direct injection but they do IV stem cells for back pain. First dose I got I did PT, weight loss and alot of excercises and noticed some relief. Pain went from 4-6 out of 10 to 2-4. 12 months later I got a second dose of more IV stem cells. I believe this treatment was double and within 2 weeks I noticed a significant reduction in lower back pain. Sometimes I even questioned if I was cured. Initially my pain was 9/10 and I couldn't walk for 2 weeks. After MRIs PT and chiropractor treatments I was able to get good enough to make the 4 hr drive to get this treatment. I want to give 5 stars because yes, I did get better and feel cured for the most part, but it did take some time. I get mild discomfort when I overdue it but nothing compared to what I used to have. The downside is it took 16 months to get better. 4 of those months I stalled a bit because I wanted to see if the PT could offer more relief. I wish I just got the second dose sooner. This treatment is pricy and I was very skeptical but I'm glad I tried it. I had a cousin go to Mexico for a similar treatment with no results. He is in worse shape then me and may need surgery. I believe the first dose I got 100 billion MSC and second dose I got 250 billion. I'm wondering if I would have gotten the same results getting 250 billion off the back. I can't speak for everyone but for myself. I am very glad I got this treatment regardless of price as it has given me my life back. Customer service is very good and they follow up with you. I believe this is new to them and they are surveying their progress and seeing what works and how good it works to offer future patients better results. As I mentioned before being mostly pain free now I want to give 5 stars but it did take 16 months. I'm 32 an ER nurse and I had spinal disc issues and they do get their nutrients through diffusion so recovery is very slow so that is to be noted. Also my job puts alot of stress on your back.

I came in for my hair restoration therapy in Los Angeles on a Wednesday afternoon and was seen on time for my appointment. What a great experience. I truly felt supported and cared for from start to finish. The staff set very clear expectations from the beginning and educated me every step of the way. Wasn't too painful, it actually hurt a lot less than I anticipated. Thank you to the kind and professional staff at Springs Rejuvenation, I am looking forward to documenting my results in the coming months.

I had a great experience and was certainly put at ease with the friendly atmosphere provided by the staff. Everything went smoothly, the staff and the Dr answered any and all questions or concerns in full detail. I highly recommend this place at this point.

This review is for stem cell therapy for hair growth. I visited in March and had the simple procedure. The doc and assistant were friendly, explained things, pin-prick (feels like bee sting) injections are a little painful in some areas of scalp -though they apply numbing lotion beforehand. They took pictures of my head After all the injections which was an error on their part (my hair was coated lil with numbing application). Luckily I take head pics periodically on my own. In any case, it's been 6 months and I do not see a significant increase in hair growth (they guarantee at least 30% growth). I would say maybe I can see 10-15%. I will watch over the next 3 months as maybe full effect seen by then but at this time I cannot recommend this therapy for hair growth and it is not cheap. (will revise review if any improvment by end of 2024)

Spring Rejuvenation was very professional, courteous and when over the procedure multiple times. Both thru video conference, email documentation and again verbally at the clinic. Had no more questions regarding the procedure. The environment was pleasant. The staff made me feel comfortable. They made the procedure painless. They were very efficient and respectful of the time and the travel effort that it took to get there.

Doctors Nieto and Lauw performed a procedure for me and were very professional and thorough. They made me feel very comfortable and explained every part of the procedure to me. Brittney was very helpful as well during the procedure and made me feel at home while I was in the office.

Thank you to the kind and compassionate staff in all departments at Springs Rejuvenation. Although the Stem Cell Treatment was not successful, they have honored their guarantee for a refund of the money paid. It was no fault of the Clinic, in this case I had too many issues going against me. If only I could have had this treatment sooner in my life. We appreciate the sincere compassion and follow up from the clinic staff and doctors.

A truly incredible experience and result. I had the Stem Cell Exosome IV (Wellness IV) procedure earlier this year and the results have been fantastic. I held off writing a review initially to see if the results were lasting, and I'm pleased to report they are. I was struggling massively with burn out and exhaustion, and completely unable to make it through the day without having multiple naps. Now I'm back in the gym lifting weights 5 times a week and performing better than ever at work. But most importantly, this new found vitality has given me a fresh start to life. I'm incredible grateful for all the Springs Rejuvenation team and I look forward to exploring Stem Cells in the future. I'm now definitely a believer!

She answered all my questions and gave me encouragement to get through the procedure. All other staff were also very pleasant and made me feel very confident in completing my procedure as well. The visit was great. The office was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional, and Dr. Charles was superb in his bedside manner and medical proficiency. But Brittney was the true shining star. She made me feel cared for and comfortable and was calming throughout the entire process. Overall, I'd rate the experience an A+.

Where's all the reviews of the hair treatment that are actually reviews of the treatment?! Every one of them is an hour after the first treatment and they all say "oh it was so great they're so nice" that's cool, but DID IT WORK??! Let's see an actual review of the stem cell treatment results!!

A little apprehensive as the office was not completed I don't believe. I waited in a room for 20 minutes past my scheduled time and could hear the nurse talking with the receptionist. Now I just wait and see if the "infusion" works.which is actually more like an injection.

From the staff to the facility everything and everyone deserves 5 stars. The staff were friendly and helpful, the doctor was efficient and expert - never felt the shot. The nurse who handled my case until the procedure was accessible and answered all my questions. The facility is brand new and extremely clean. I would have given 5 starts except for the fact that there is not enough information given post procedure. Part of the instructions were to engage in physio-therapy post-surgery, but I had to ask for those exercises and what I received was a pdf of several hard to follow instructions with no differentiation between the first 2 weeks to the last 6 weeks. I actually had to research on my own.
