I’ve had five massages at Squeeze over the last few months - I can’t say enough about this place! John is particularly talented, but each therapist I’ve scheduled with has been fabulous. They keep track of your preferences and have the massage rooms perfectly prepared for you upon arrival. The therapists always ask for feedback about pressure and comfort during the massage, making it easy to adjust the massage as needed. After my first visit I immediately signed up for a membership and have only been more delighted as time goes on!

I was experiencing muscle pain and needed a same day massage but no one had availability until I found Squeeze. They fit me right in and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. My therapist, Tahj, is very skilled and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him!

Squeeze has never disappointed! Highly recommend both Manny and Clay - they are exceptional therapists and really know their craft. I’ve had multiple sessions now with Clay, and he’s very intuitive when it comes to knowing exactly how much pressure an area might need.

FINALLY found a gem of a massage spot in CLT. I immediately signed up for a monthly membership, and now my monthly visit is something I am constantly looking forward to. I had tried a few other places around CLT and nothing compares to the skill, dedication, and experiemce I continue to have at Squeeze.

Getting a Squeeze membership is my favorite thing I did in the last 6 months for myself. I love having at least one massage built in each month (and most of the time 2, since I can't stay away!). Sheena and Manny specifically have been so wonderful- they clearly know a lot about the body and muscles, and can really work out knots and kinks without it being excruciating. I love the aromatherapy and custom soundtracks, I always have fun the day of my massage thinking up what combinations I can choose. Squeeze is such a welcome addition to the Park Rd Shopping Center, and I can't wait to continue going!

Great location and Karyn is the best masseuse I’ve found in Charlotte. It’s really the extra attention to details that make Squeeze stand out. The ability to customize your experience all on the app, the scent customization, the theragun option, the weighted warm blanket and so many other things make this place the best!!!

I have been receiving massages monthly at Squeeze since this location opened in August 2024, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly and skilled at massages, and I always feel relaxed when I leave. The membership is an amazing value! I cannot recommend Squeeze enough!

I love Squeeze! I’m super sensitive when it comes to sensory experiences, like sound and light, so being able to customize everything from music to scents to lighting is so appreciated and makes the massage experience even more incredible. I’ve gotten many massages in my lifetime and all the best have been at Squeeze!

I really love this massage spa. It is clean and I like that it doesn't have a weird zen vibe to it. I've tried a few different therapist and have found my favorite - Michael. I highly recommend this place. Easy to book online; and such a great experience.

Tahj was absolutely amazing! They massaged and manipulated the muscles in such a unique way and it is amazing how great I felt after leaving. My only regret was not booking a longer one. Their presence and aura was very relaxing and comforting. Would recommend to anyone I know!

I love Squeeze! I am someone who gets a massage monthly and have been for the past 5-6 years. I was going to Elements in South Park, but Squeeze is closer to me, actually $5 cheaper a month, and of course brand new! My signal of a good therapist is they tell me my issues without me telling them, and each therapist I have seen has done that just by examining me. Sheena is my girl and I highly recommend her if you are a desk worker and athlete like me and need deep pressure to release body tension.

I love getting massages here! Sheena is my all time favorite. I’d like to try all of the therapist out to have my top 3. The ambiance is really nice and I like that they have Drybar products in the rr for customers to use.

I’ve had two massages now with different therapists and 10/10 both times. The technique is so apparent and everything is intentional, they maximize the full time and always make you feel comfortable. I left leaving feeling so great & relaxed.

My daughter and I had the best experience yesterday! We each got a hand tailored massage based on our likes and preferences! My daughter is an athlete so hers was geared to sports therapy and stretching. She said she felt like a new person after she was finished! The place was very clean, people were very friendly and we especially enjoyed the relaxation area with specially teas like turmeric and citrus ginger. They used lots of different procedures for the best massage ever! We will definitely be back once a month!
