Recently started coming to Squeeze after completing my manhunt to find my favorite massage therapist— Norman. I was a previous client of his for years! I typically do not like people touching me and he is the only person that I feel comfortable working on me (to the point where I fall asleep in sessions). I currently drive about a hour to come see Norman. Norman listens to you and your body to find what parts need to be healed. He addresses every concern and is an amazing educator for exercises and other habits to keep your body from being in pain outside of his time with you. It is truly unlike any other massage therapist who is just needlessly rubbing your body at the same firmness and spot for ten minutes. I fully trust that what he has planned for me every session is in the best interest of my wellbeing and healing. From scoliosis-related back pain, sciatica leg pain, and TMJ problems— he has helped me in every aspect and has given my body so much relief. I am always grateful for my time with him and would book longer sessions, if possible !

Best massage ever! Joe is beyond—super knowledgeable and accommodating. The facilities are really nice, you can tell they think about comfort at every level of your experience. I also enjoy the ease of setting massage preferences, paying + tipping, and rebooking all through their site. Would recommend to anyone!

Squeeze massage bar is a superb place. The experience was great and the massage was fabulous. You can choose your own aromatherapy and music. I highly recommend you try this as I feel you will love it as much as did. I will be back soon for another massage.

Will make this a must visit every time I’m in Atl. Kimberly the manager is also a sweetheart and making the entire experience memorable.

However, during my experience, despite expressing a preference for firmer pressure, I received a massage with minimal pressure, feeling more like a lotion application. To ensure success, it's crucial for them to hire skilled massage therapists who attentively cater to clients' preferences.

I’ve seen two different massage therapists at Squeeze. Both were wonderful, Kim my first time and Hilary my second. The 80 minute massage is wonderful. Very relaxing and helpful for relieving stress and muscle aches. The staff is kind and welcoming. The aromatherapy and choice of music enhance the experience. I highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Norman, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into Squeeze, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Norman took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that the massage was tailored to my needs. He told me he had years of experience and his technique certainly showed that, with just the right amount of pressure to release tension and promote relaxation. Normally, in the past when I have gotten massages it just feels like pressure being applied, but Norman took it to a whole new level! He made sure to not only make it enjoyable, but also to relieve me of my pain and stretch my muscles! Throughout the session, Norman maintained a soothing ambiance, allowing me to completely unwind and let go of any stress. He also made sure to check in with me and ensure I have was feeling good! What truly set Norman apart was his intuitive touch and attention to detail. He seemed to anticipate areas of tension before I even mentioned them, providing targeted relief that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, my experience with Norman exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate massage therapist. I will certainly be returning to Squeeze for another session soon.

I decided to get a membership before they even opened and glad I did. I’ve had 3 massages with Cristy and all of them have been great. With the opportunity to treat myself to a very reasonably priced 80 minute massage each month has been a great investment that I don’t plan of getting rid of anytime soon

Great massage! Opted for deep tissue with targeted problem areas (neck and lower back). Pressure was great and masseuse checked on pressure during the massage. They just opened and the location was a little tricky. They are located behind Saints+Council next to Aya Med Spa. 2 reserved parking spots are available in the front but first come first serve. If that's not available, parking in the Colony Square parking garage is validated for 2 hours.

I had an unforgettable massage experience with Hillary. The shop ambiance was clean and beautiful, and the attention to detail was truly remarkable. I would rate my experience even more than five stars if I could! What I loved the most about the whole experience was the personalization it offered. I was given the chance to choose my own aromatherapy and the music I wanted to listen to. I could opt in for Heat therapy or Percussion therapy if I wanted, at no extra cost. The app made it easy for me to communicate my preferences before the massage, making the whole process seamless and hassle-free! I was left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed after the session, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I want to thank Hillary and the entire team for providing such an amazing and remarkable experience. I can confidently say that I will be returning time and time again!

My favorite part of my session was the music and the warm blanket. The message therapist was very professional and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for more, well maybe a little more time. This was my first time going to Squeeze and I would definitely book again!

Squeeze is absolutely incredible! It is the cutest vibe (who doesnt love Tiffany Blue??) with the most welcoming staff! The treatment rooms are so aesthetically pleasing and everything is customized from the temperature to the music to the scent of the lotion or oil. I had an 80 minute massage with Joe and he was wonderful! He checked in multiple times throughout the time to make sure the pressure was ok and that everything was comfortable. I had tweaked my neck a few days prior to my massage and now I cannot even tell I was ever in pain. 10/10 recommend and absolutely will be back!
