Gavin listened to everything I said beforehand about where I wanted the massage to be focused on. I have extremely tight shoulders and he spent most of the time there which is exactly what I needed. The pressure he applied was perfect. I felt totally relaxed and so much better when I left. I will definitely be back.

First appt: Teagan was amazing! She worked out the tight muscles in my back, shoulders, and neck with skill and care, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. 10/10 for anyone looking for relief and relaxation. I highly recommend her and this incredible experience! Second appt: Gavin was so great! Strong, focused, and attentive to the areas that needed work. I feel very relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Not just a great massage, but a very cool place! Easy to schedule through their app. I was welcomed upon arrival and amazed at how well thought out everything was. Cucumber mint water and hot apple cider in the waiting area. Four different aromatherapy scents to choose for your massage. Jennifer brought me to the treatment room which has a nice changing area with a bench, hooks to hang clothes, a little cubby and tray for small items and my glasses and even a wireless phone charger! You even choose your own music, someone really thought this concept out well. My massage was excellent, one of the best I’ve had. I immediately joined their no contract membership after leaving. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Cute concept massage spa but they need massage therapists with more experience. Karen and Teagan were very nice, but definitely did not apply much technique to the massages. We’re used to highly experienced masseuses and we did not experience that here. It was a disappointment since we go for regular massages elsewhere and were excited at how close this squeeze location is to our home.

Chill and trendy atmosphere, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. They have the cutest lounge area with snacks, water, and tea. I’ve had several massages here by diff therapists and each one has been unique and just what I need. Also, the abundance of time slots is great since I like to book a massage in the moment and not have to wait a week or two to be seen. 10/10.

I had a wonderful massage with Jennifer!! The guest services IMMEDIATELY welcomed us and made us feel so at home. My massage was next level - I received an 80 minute, and from the second I walked in the room, Jennifer made me feel at ease, explained everything to me. I love the extra steps they take to making guests feel relaxed - from the aromatherapy, to the chargers for your phone while you receive your service - it's all wonderful. We will absolutely be back!!

This was my first visit to Squeeze and it was amazing! A welcoming and warm greeting as soon as I walked in and then a tour of the beautiful and clean facilities. She explained the process and then I was able to sit and relax before my massage with Teagan. She was also very easy to talk to and explained their process and all of the awesome customized features of their massages. I loved all the little details that went into making this experience and environment tailored for each person that came in - what a great idea! My massage was great and just what I needed - she addressed my problem areas and I left feeling relaxed and loose. I will definitely be back!

Had the best massage with Jennifer! She listened to everything I wanted and released so much tension from my back that if felt immediate relief from tension pain/headaches. I also love that you can choose your music and essential oil scent
