Lauren was such a helpful person to greet me on my arrival. It was my first time and she was such a pleasure to speak to and get ready for my massage. Gilbert is a miracle worker! He was patient with me and checked in the entire time. 80 minutes of princess treatment! From start to finish it was incredible. I’m bummed the Denver location closed but definitely recommending every one I know.

Great massage from Jessica! I liked that it felt new and clean inside Squeeze and that you could customize your massage. I do not like their booking and billing process. Charging my card the day before my massage really put me off the whole experience, and I much prefer wrapping up with someone so it feels more personal when you tip. I am on the fence whether I would return purely because of the payment process.

I'm a deep tissue massage snob and all I can say is I am obsessed with Duchein. I have severe neck, shoulder, shoulder blade pain, and I've never had someone so attuned to the body and understand how everything connects together. He is extremely professional and has been god send during my self care, healing journey. The place is very cute and serene. I love to get there a bit early to sit and enjoy the ambiance and the hot tea provided. I also love using the app as it makes booking and checking out seamless.

Squeeze is an all around great experience! Unlike a hotel/resort spa, Squeeze makes everything approachable and comfortable. It’s a very welcoming, clean, environment with unique ways to personalize the experience without any cringy upselling. My massage therapist, Ari, was excellent! She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. She was able to adjust pressure as she went and gave me great recommendations for ways to make the massage effects last. Highly recommend!

A very personalized experience. I received the 80 minute massage and I got the full 80 minutes. Duchein was very good. I have to say when I left I felt fully tenderized. And that was a good thing because I do like a real firm massage and he was able to accommodate that without it being painful. The ambiance is wonderful and getting to select my own music and select my own fragrance was a plus that made at a more personal experience. Also when you schedule your appointment online you indicate whether you want somebody that will talk with you or whether you just want to lay there and be squeezed. Your masseuse knows what you want before you get there and that is great. Highly recommend.

I 100% recommend Squeeze! Every experience I've had here has been amazing. Every therapist has been incredible! Everyone is so kind, welcoming and caring. You even get to add on aromatherapy, heat, & percussion therapy to every massage for free!

We had our first experience here and we're blown away with how nice it was. The atmosphere is chic and relaxing. I love the option of music in your massage room! Ashley did our massage and she was fantastic! She is great for athletes trying to recover and avoid injury! It's hard to find a massage therapist who can work on someone like that!

I wish I could give more than just 5 stars! I recently visited Squeeze and had the most amazing massage—truly the best I've ever experienced! The store is so cute, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The moment I walked in, the girls at the front desk were so sweet and made me feel so welcomed! Booking the massage was super easy, and the whole process was seamless. One of the best parts was that right after the massage, I didn’t have to worry about checking out or tipping. Everything was handled through the app, saving so much time. It meant I didn’t have to wait in line to check out or have to do the math to figure out a tip—nobody wants to do that after such a relaxing massage! I could just leave feeling completely relaxed and unburdened, which made a huge difference. I especially loved the aromatherapy bar, where I got to pick my own scent, and being able to choose my own music / volume was such a unique touch. It really elevated the experience, since the right music can make or break a massage. Cannot recommend Squeeze enough if you're looking for a high-end spa experience without the high-end price—so happy I don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars anymore. I can come to Squeeze for a fraction of the cost, with all the amazing amenities included!

Squeeze South Tampa you have outdone yourselves!!! This was the best massage experience I could’ve ever asked for, truly! Everything was so organized, inviting and simple! From the greetings of Nathaly at the front desk, to the amazing Tea Drops in the lounge, then the massage! Everything was superior; check-in, the aromatherapy, the percussion therapy, it was all included! They all really went above and beyond. My massage therapist Jessica, she put me in a trance. I loved the constant checking in on me to see how I was feeling, the different pressures, reassurance and the acknowledgment she gave me to my chosen preferences! Jessica was way above an average massage therapist! She’s very familiar with injuries, how the body works and what it needs! Thank you all so much! :)

Best massage experience in the South Tampa area by far. The staff were wonderful, and accommodating. I had an amazing experience at Squeeze. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, airy and inviting. The staff was professional and made me feel comfortable right away. My therapist took the time to listen to my needs and customized the session perfectly. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I also loved the booking and payment process. I highly recommend Squeeze Massage to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience!

I LOVE this place! Incredible massage today by Ashley!!!! Also my favorite is how dang easy it is to book an appointment and check out after! I have consistent back pain and decided I need to get more regular massages, so I loved the Squeeze concept. I assumed I would need to "try on" a few therapists to find one I liked, but my very first massage was perfection! Ashley is amazing. So sweet, great communicator, and most importantly, she gives a great massage. I like really firm pressure, and she delivered. I also appreciate that she reviewed my saved preferences before my massage so I could adjust as needed. Go see Ashley!

I love the location, it’s conveniently centralized. The “waiting room” is adorable and I would recommend showing up 10-15 minutes early just to relax with a hot cup of tea or fruit infused water before your appointment. The great thing is that everything is included (I.e. aroma therapy). The rooms have a little cubby with a charging port for your phone and you can select your own music. Jessica was fantastic. Not only is she knowledgeable but very personal. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and really worked on some knots in my upper back. I would highly recommend squeeze but specifically this location.

This place is amazing!! I’ve been eagerly awaiting its opening and finally got my Squeeze treatment and WOW! It was such a pleasure to be massaged here. From the front desk person (her name escapes me) and then the waiting area with tea -!: aroma therapy was such a delicious delight to my senses and already made me feel at ease. Amanda was my massage therapist and OH MY this woman has a gift. It’s no wonder she is trained in reiki and reflexology among other things. She was so wonderful! Her energy and vibe instantly put my body and mind at ease even before she began her masterful massage. I went to another dimension on that table. Haha thank you so much. I love the ability to share your massage preferences in the app and that you can choose your own music and vibe. The experience was relaxing and so what I needed after a busy few weeks. I can't wait to come again and see Amanda.

Check-in was fast and the little waiting room was cute and offered complementary nuts, water and tea. My massage was thorough and I left feeling relaxed and tension-free. I would definitely return.

For busy professionals, everything can be arranged in advance through their app. You can literally walk in, get your massage, and walk out without any hassle. They also don’t upcharge for add-ons or changes. The pricing is transparent and handled entirely through the app, eliminating any awkward sales pitches at the front desk. Ashley, my massage therapist, was amazing. She is highly intelligent, informative, and has a calming presence that enhanced the experience. The massage itself was fantastic, and the overall environment was great, filled with wonderful people. If you’re considering where to go for your next treatment, you should definitely consider this gem. Beautiful, convenient, and offering great customer service. Highly recommended!

🩵 This place is darling! Every detail is so thoughtful, from the aromatherapy sniff wall you can check before your massage to the button under your bed you press when you’re ready for your therapist to begin the massage. So happy I held out until Squeeze opened and chose to do my monthly massage membership here! 🩵
