Excellent management! Emma, the manager was so helpful she called me personally, it shows she really cares about the business. The front desk staff is wonderful. They’re always kind and on-top-of-things and make good recommendations. I really appreciate that they care about the community and their clients. It speaks highly of the business that they care about their customers and their experience!

This is best place in California for your massage needs! The therapists are well rounded and you can certainly find your person to get you what you want and need from sports massage modalities, to injury rehab, and pure relaxation. The ambiance is always welcoming and warm and everyone seems to be happy working here.

A choose your own adventure massage that allows you to choose; - the area of focus (and where NOT to focus) - the pressure - the temperature - the music - the mood - if you wanna be chatty or enjoy the quiet - the aromatherapy scent All of this from a very easy to use website. You pay in advance and everything is all managed via app so you don't have to say any of this to the front desk or masseuse. You just walk in for your appointment and walk out feeling amazing

Always love my massages here. Worth the price because of the relaxing atmosphere. I love how clean and comfortable the rooms are! My favorite massage therapists so far have been with Mary and Julio!

As soon as you walk in, you already know that you'll be in for a treat. Even the aesthetic is very pleasing and calming. Everything is seamless using their website - making reservation, checking and checking out. But minus one (-1) star because their app is only in the Apply Store; no Android app which made me sad =(. Once you get in your room, everything is customizable - music, temperature, etc. You even have a switch under the bed to let your massage therapist know you are ready. The small details made everything so much better!

Avery disappointing experience. was looking forward to my massage. Drove 35 miles through traffic on a Tuesday evening. Sitting in traffic, knowing I would be just to the minute and 10 minutes before my appointment, I called as a courtesy to let them know I was going to be a couple of minutes late. The receptionist said “glad you called. We were just going to call you. The therapist had a family emergency and won’t be able to take you tonight”. I’m thinking a family emergency that you were just finding out about? 10 minutes before the appointment supposed to start? Your therapist don’t show up with sufficient time to prepare and be ready for an appointment so much so that an emergency for a family member happens 10 minutes before the appointment supposed to start? Don’t believe it for one minute. And if so, really bad customer service. Just so happens they have somebody else ready to give me the massage. Not somebody I want it. Super disappointing. SMH

Overall I love this place. Good pricing, easy to make appointments, EXCELLENT therapists! The one issue I have is the lack of longer appointments. I understand it limits schedules a bit but I am sure there are many clients who would love longer options!

This is the only place I get my massages. Nothing costs extra and all the therapists are fantastic! Plus free parking in the back :) Best part is coming during the holiday season when they have hot apple cider.

Wow. I’m melted in bliss. Such a wonderful experience from start to end. This place is different in the best way and I will definitely be back. Dre was so calming, communicative, and had the magic touch. Definitely requesting him again. The most unique massage experience I’ve ever had.

Always greeted when I come in and never wait to long. Friendly massage therapists always know exactly what to do and I’m never left sore afterwards. I signed up for the monthly services. I love all the extras that are provided if we want that other chains charge extra for.

Great experience. Location is clean and visually relaxing. In the individual rooms, love that I can customize music, lighting, and temperature. Phone charger is a bonus! Can set preferences online and feel like they're concerned for my wellness.

One of my Regular spots to go relax! Matthew is the only therapist I’ll see and he’s incredible. The lounge with tea and almonds is nice way to start or end your visit. The customizable music, temperature and lighting makes you really feel like you’re getting a great experience.

Squeeze has now become my favorite place for a massage. The space is extremely clean, professional and tranquil and my massage therapist Jamie was absolutely great! Good vibes and very good with his professionalism and work. He helped identify stress in my back and neck, and did great stuff for the knots that have been bothering me for months. Good conversation and bedside manners as well. I’ll gladly come back!

Wonderful ambiance. You can decide your room temperature, lighting, music, whether or not the table is heated and your aromatherapy, all free of charge. There is parking on the street and a lot in the back. There's also an app you can use to schedule appointments. All around amazing experience. I recently got there membership as well.
