Came here last Saturday to my appt to get two French braids put in my hair Ms Sondrea had put some gel in my hair that's known for taking people hair out all I ask was two braids it don't got to be neat don't want nothing added to it she didn't ask me do I mind her using they products to put in my hair nothing whatever in that gel I had a allergic reaction to it had to wash it out after 4 days it was irritating my scalp I texted her about it didn't hear from her til 4 days later some of my hair on my edges was trying to come out from that Bellatique gel I wouldn't recommend it be used on no one hair it has bad reviews and known for taking out hair I'm glad I caught my hair being allergic to it in time cause I probably wouldn't have no hair by next week future references it should be taken into consideration so no one else have to experience what I did money I spent gone down the drain Aint get to rock my hair style she did a good job but that gel is a big no for me to use for hold and when u wash it out you can smell the harsh chemicals in it it should be constulation being set up to what you want and prefer in your hair not they just do what they want to your hair and don't ask you before they do it but I won't be back almost lost all my pretty long hair I'm natural and chemicals is not a way to go if u want healthier long hair becareful what you put in your hair ladies by these salons cause if start messing with your hair follicles your hair can come out

Stay AWAY! Recently came to get some faux locs. The stylist got me soft locs instead. I was a lil disappointed but still tried them anyway because she had already brought them. Things got worse after that. I told her my hair was thick and that I'd need more that just TWO packs of hair. I like my hair full because it's already thick. Well she didn't listen and halfway she started running out of hair. I had to go get more hair. She had my hair parted extremely huge and I ask if she would not do my hair like that because it didn't look right and I like my hair full. She said I'm not changing my braid pattern. I was so disappointed because I paid 300 dollars. Granted I had a sew in on a cap removed but still. It's been 3 weeks and all the hair that's shoved into one crochet individual loc is painful and pulling my already treated edges out. It's painful to wear up or down. When I try to reach out to her she never answers me. I tried to remove them myself but can't so I decided to call the main shop number and the owner insists I continue to try to contact the stylist. She texted me her number. I called and texted yet again. No reply. No answer. I pleaded with the owner because I'm losing hair and it hurts. I just want them out and even offered to pay another stylist. The owner got angry and impatient and said we are closed. Citing she tried to be patient with me. I was so hurt. Never again. I will contact my lawyer and the BBB. I don't deserve this and never experienced having locs that hurt this bad and parts and hair stuffed this huge. I'm so aggravated. Dont have anything against anyone there but if I'm sayung it hurts and I cant reach the stylist, help me. I was offering to pay. Take my word and find a professional salon.

The parts are Cricket I asked for medium box braids and I got this I am very disappointed and it costed $180 she will not give me a refund at all just told me to get out and never come back

I needed more hair done for a wedding. I called S&S around 9am. I was told a stylist would call me back. I received a call back from Ashley and we scheduled an appointment for later today at 12. I got there a little late AND forgot my hair. I had to go to a hair store to buy more. Ashley was so gracious about the whole thing. She was very professional. We started at about 1 and she finished at 4pm. I was a wonderful experience. And I hate going to salons. I almost never do. And never more than once because most of them are horrible and unprofessional. S&S was refreshingly different. Ashley listened to exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done. My jumbo Senegalese twists turned out beautiful. I will definitely be spreading the world about this salon. And bonus, another lady was getting her hair done with another stylist. She got a quick weave bob and it was chef's kiss beautiful. These ladies are not playing. Thank you so much Ashley and I hope you feel better.

Of course this was my first time and first impressions determine if i'll be back...I called before going to get more info and the female(I can't remember her name)she had good customer service skills during the call...She gave me a landmark so I wouldn't get lost trying to find the shop...She asked about how long before I get there...When I got there she remembered my name and serviced me immediately with no wait time...She took her time and gave me what i asked for...She understood the assignment...

I really enjoyed this salon. It had an old school beauty parlor feel. Alicia did my box braids and she did a wonderful job and I would definitely go back. I would share pics but my face was bloated and YEESH! Overall, it was a nice little hidden gem that I would recommend. Very nice to walk in and really get the service you expect when you get your hair done. She washed and blow dried my hair, no fuss. It was a great experience overall and I will be going back.

My husband called and talked to the owner Ms.T and told her that he wanted to surprise me with getting my hair braided. Ms. Drea was recommended and set us up immediately! She was awesome and braided/styled my hair exactly the way my husband wanted.. Drea is awesome and on point! The salon has a very friendly atmosphere! I will return and suggest anyone to try them!

Honestly I used to love this place. Been going since I was in high school (2018). You expect that the stylist arrives on time and not 90 minutes late. You expect that when you request knotless box braids they’re to the standard you requested. There’s no reason the hair should be uneven lengths, super stiff, excessively bulging, or a different/larger size than requested. It’s unprofessional and really indicative of one’s occupational priorities. And before anyone asks, no, my stylist was not held up by another customer. I can understand 20-30 minutes late, but this was unacceptable. I will not be returning. I wish the best to all the other stylists in the salon.

The lady was nice but I didn’t like the fact she CUT MY HAIR to match the length of my bob wasn’t feeling that & then on top my hair was a mess didn’t look NOTHING LIKE THE picture I showed her.
