Waited a very long time to get serviced, I come a long way to be taken care of by Mimi It was really great when I first started coming here. But I’m disappointed of the services as of late, no communication and when I finally get serviced I’m waiting in the chair for 30-45 minutes before anything gets done.

Today I got to experience the beginning of my healthy hair regrowth journey with Mimi and her lovely staff! First and foremost the salon is beautiful, very clean, and zen you immediately feel all the positivity and good energy all around that space ! Mimi and her staff are extremely pleasant , respectful, happy, and super sweet. Aside from the amazing service given it just feels good being there everyone is super welcoming and you can tell everyone is passionate about what they do there! In addition, the service I received was AMAZING I got the best wash and deep conditioning treatment I’ve ever received IN MY LIFE! I don’t even know where to begin between the deep scalp massage wash, or the steam treatment , or the oiling of the scalp OMG the products being used feel and smell amazing you can feel it working its magic immediately! I am beyond satisfied and happy with the services I received today , they all really cater to you there, it is literally “self-care” at its best. Mimi even gave me a personal hair care regimen for my specific needs and goals to follow when I’m home I can’t wait to see my results!!!

Always a nice and calm vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff. My scalp always feels great when I leave with no itching, and my scalp feels like it can breathe. The products are very good and have a clean feel to them. No greasy residue is left on your hands. Products are easily absorbed and provide moisture to your hair. Less breakage happens when you use the products.

Just left SS Hair Care Salon. Staff was top tier, kind, and highly professional! Mimi the hair stylist, was knowledgeable about true hair health and growth. She performed a hair trim that I absolutely loved in less than 30 mins from start to finish as a first time walk-in client. Service was Timely and the salon was absolutely beautiful! What you can expect at your visit at SS hair care salon is a calm and soothing environment which would be perfect for your weekly or biweekly self-care needs. They're also products to purchase so that you can take care of your hair at home! So if you have natural hair and you're looking to grow out your hair to shoulder length, try SS Hair Care Salon.

First time here at SS Hair care and I’ll definitely be returning. This shop is super clean and comfortable. Very calm relaxing ambiance. Front desk host and all of the workers were extremely nice and helpful. You are escorted to your own private room for hair washing, treatments, etc. I thought this was a marvelous idea/setup because not everyone is open to others seeing their hair care process. Mimi the owner/stylist was super nice, welcoming, and explained everything to me that I needed to do. They even offer you free snacks. 😊

I love the SS hair care products. I’ve been using them for a year and they’ve brought my dry, damaged, shedding and thinning hair back to health. The products really work!! Last week I went to the salon for the first time and I was blown away. The attention and care I received was top notch!! The staff is attentive, kind and professional. The suites personalize the service. I will definitely come back!!!

Authentic beautician! I found SS HairCare randomly searching for beauticians in Miami and was NOT disappointed!! Mimi did my relaxer and gave true love and care to my hair. Driving over an hour for what I call a Spa day is so worth it. It’s not just the ambience it’s the time each stylist takes on each client. My hair has never felt so clean and I’m so happy I found SS Hair Care. Not to mention after using her products for only a week I’ve notice a difference in my hair. I’m so excited to do this hair journey with Mimi and I think everyone should have the pleasure to experience this amazing service!

I have been going to Mimi since 2021, right after COVID. My hair has never been this healthy. She has her own products which is a big plus for me and she also does a consultation to ask you what are some things you want to change about your hair. It’s 2 years in the making and I don’t think I’m going anywhere.

My hair was very dry and breaking very bad. I have a relexer and not ready to give it up. But when I used this Magical Treatment in my hair it came back to life. I had to call her from ILLINOIS to let her know how this is Magical. I love everything thing about these products. The smell is great. I'll be contacting you soon. For more products. I started going to SS in late October 2022. At this time, my hair was in bad shape! The crown of my hair was very thin and my edges were receding. The top of my hair was also very thin. After commiting to the hair growth treatments every 2 weeks, I soon had the results I had prayed for. Within 3 months, my hair has been completely restored! My crown is now full, my edges are thick, the top/front of my hair is full, and my hair is longer and thicker. Mimi, is excellent with hair care!
