Destiney was amazing, being a man and going in to get treatment was uncomfortable at first, she walked me through the whole process and made me feel welcome. I have my treatments scheduled already and she will be the one attending me. I wouldn’t want to go to any other spa. The services they offer are amazing and my face was glowing after my first treatment. Destiney is the best and I highly recommend her.

I recently received a Hydrafacial from Gabrielle and it was AMAZING!! This was my first time getting this type of facial and I absolutely loved it ! Not only was Gabrielle sweet you can tell she knew exactly what she was doing. My face was literally glowing for days ! This is a MUST do if you want to take care of your skin. Well worth the investment. Excited to go back !

Lies about the treatment you are getting. Upgrades your treatment just to do a bait and switch the next session so that you pay for a higher treatment. Don’t fall for it. It was never a free upgrade. It is to make you pay more. They also make you write a 5 star review for a free facial. These people are slimy salesman.

I had previously written a 5-star review but only because the service at first was great and results were actually happening. They also told me to write a 5-star review for a free hydra-facial, so I did... That’s why this place is so highly rated and I fell right into it. I had sessions for full body/face laser and during my last 2-3 treatments, my aesthetician was not present so they handed me over to another person with a completely different laser treatment. I asked multiple times why they weren’t using the laser I was previously using and they disregarded it saying “it does the same thing”.. it in fact did NOT give me the same results. It has been about a year already and my hair has not changed one bit. They tried selling me more laser treatments my last time there. I wish this place had a lifetime guarantee like other places. Very disappointed and will never return.

I never had my lips done where end result was desirable...however, Naz did my lips and I am pleased. Amazing service talked me through the whole process. She listened to me and did as I wished! I'll be coming back. 4 stars because a bit pricey...(but worth it)
