The massage therapists were wonderful! The old bait and switch from the advertised price, by the woman at the front desk, not so much. We did not enjoy the constant upselling that she tried to do. The advertised price of 88.00 for a couples massage is not the actual price, you are made to purchase their add ons to receive that price. The jacuzzi tub and sauna are part of the add on. They were a nice option. It was clean and recently had been cleaned by the smell of Fabulouso in the air. The facilities are decent, just very off putting with the upselling. The 88.00 couples massage ended up costing 176.00 with the jacuzzi and sauna, before tip! Again, the massages were very good, the therapists were very well trained and professional. I hope they get the bonus on top of the tips we gave!

I don’t remember the name of my therapist, something begin with B letter. He did massage great, I liked, but he never asked me was I ok or no. I didn’t like that after massage he was making me leave tip, minimum 20$ , I mean it’s not professional.

If there were zero stars I’d choose it. I’m here to save you from experiencing the worst massage and establishment. We called to make an appointment and requested 2 female therapists- when we arrived, ten minutes early, we were haggled to upsell not to mention deceived on the promo pricing. We had to pay $20pp more than advertised. Scammers. Then they said oh you’re alright with 2 males right- second strike against them. The place was also incredibly disheveled, dirty, old, smelly and cold feeling. We were told if we wanted 2 females as we had originally requested we had to wait 10-15 mins. We were ushered into the waiting room- no water or nothing offered. They are also not kind, they talk and yell in their language and stare rudely. Not a fan. Finally a woman arrived to escort us to the massage room. They shoved us in there and told us to undress. This room was small and pitch black. Nowhere to put your clothes and completely unable to see anything. They didn’t care to ask what kind of pressure or if there’s anything they need to be mindful of. Stumbling around trying to undress, getting on the bed and they come back in and just start on you with no warning and no hi or anything. There’s a sound throughout the whole massage that sounded like someone was flatlining. Then multiple guys outside the room coughing up phlegm - completely disgusting. They left our room multiple times to get a hot towel and were gone for 5 mins at a time and then wouldn’t close the curtain behind them, leaving us exposed to everyone outside and the noise. The massage itself was maddening. She just flailed about with her arms not sure what she was doing and had no rhythm or flow. This whole place is a scam and unprofessional. Not worth a penny in my opinion. Once they’re done the massage they become eager to ask for a tip. I will never return here and hope you save yourself the disappointment.

I recently had an incredible experience and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and inviting. The staff were friendly and professional. My massage therapist (Tina) focus on areas of tension. The pressure was perfect. By the end of the session, I felt rejuvenated, relaxed, and completely refreshed. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Star Spa to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience!

Massage was great, place was clean and professional. BUT beware prices advertised online are $20 less than actual price unless you are already a member. The additional $20 gives you a one year membership. Also, expectation for amount on tip is interesting. Take exact amount cash you want to tip- they will not give you change. We tried to tip $15 for a one hour massage and the therapist said directly “come on, $20, what’s it to you.” Another person tried to tip $10 and they told her that was not enough.

Bummer. Just moved to this part of town and I was hopeful for this place. BIG NOPE. Booked the sauna/shower/jacuzzi + massage for $88. All in all not a bad price BUT... the showers were only luke warm max and the jacuzzi was ICE cold... must have been broken or they're trying to save money? I say that bc the lady who took me back actually explained that it's cool but would feel good after the steam -- so she KNEW. I THOUGHT that meant its not super hot but no. Like a cold plunge. I actually tried to make the best of it and dipped a little bit but never sat down. Glad I didn't... once the bubbles stopped I saw all kinds of floaties 🤮. The massage was ok. Mostly rubbing not much kneading. The little taps at the end I guess to make it seem "authentic"?? Then came the worst of all. I hand the guy a $10 tip. He doesn't gratefully pocket it. No he examines it and hands me the brochure pointing to some text and saying "No, 20"... I can't see so I put down my bag, get my glasses in to read that the RECOMMENDED tip is $15-20. I think I said something like "Oh that's nice." And left. I should've grabbed my $10 back! Blows. And I help promote small business here in LV!! It's a shame, but they will not be on my list.

The place was very clean and cozy. Staff is attentive and prices are affordable. SU did a great job on the massage/reflexology combo and I plan to revisit soon!

They advertise an 88.00 couples massage but when you get there you have to be a member or repeat custoer to get that price. They charged 144.00 instead. The massage was good but the time evidently starts as soon as you walk in the room including the time it takes to get undressed and ready for them so only 50 minutes of actual massage time instead of 60. Also it was the first time I have ever been told how much they wanted for a tip afterwards which was not at all professional.

This place has highway robbery down to a science! If you want to have a somewhat enjoyable experience here, I suggest you come in, hand them your wallet, and then pick it up on your way out without any questions. I did not read the reviews bc I was given 2- $20 gift certificates from a friend. Coming in, I was immediately overwhelmed by the strongarming of upsells and then saying I could only use one certificate per visit. Knowing I would never be back after looking at their prices and after their exhausting behavior, I started to walk out and then they said OK... they'll take both as long as I bought the CBD oil up charge (they didn't even pass the info- I had to tell the therapist). A 1 hour "partial" massage with $12 CBD oil and $40 in gift certificates still cost me $40 (up front) not including tip. After an hour of a mediocre massage, they said they were done, and I asked why the feet were not included... they said if I wanted a whole massage, I would have to pay for another half hour. On my way out of the room before I could even get to the desk, the massage guy said I owed him $20 minimum. I told him I didn't even get a full massage and my feet still hurt... so I gave him a $20 and asked for a $5 back. He started to complain but then I cut him off and said I know what you're doing and you're not doing it to me... he said ok fine I won't say anymore. I spoke Mandarin with him the whole time so I can't imagine others who get this treatment without being able to communicate with them. It is important to read reviews these days before you go to any establishment and spend your hard earned money... especially if the goal is to enjoy something and relax. There's more disturbing things that happened here but I wanted to keep this as short as possible. A few places where the owners and therapists are kind and good, are Happy Foot Spa on Durango, Five Star Good Foot Spa on Ft Apache, and Ocean Reflexology on E Sunset.

Yes Lucy did a fantastic job on the massage, she massaged me from the top of my head to each individual toe. She constantly checked on me to see if I was ok. I was just so relaxed that I was trying not to fall asleep. Once again Lucy did a fantastic job on my massage, so thank you Lucy!

Booked a couples massage for the wife and I. As other have said, they basically harassed us in order to give a bigger tip. Massage was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It was very clear these folks had no idea what they were doing other than scamming tourists for money. They are good at that, I have to admit. We also had an hour in the private spa room in which the jacuzzi didn’t even work. Massage - 0/10 - very sporadic and inconsistent Spa room - 0/10 jacuzzi was actually cold when we got there and didn’t even get to use it, the steam room smelled of mildew and other weird stuff. I wouldn’t come back, and you shouldn’t go. They’re probably making fake reviews for themselves to get to 4.2 stars in the first place. Wife and I laughed it off. Laughed off $260 or whatever it was. Lol Don’t come to this place.

For my birthday I decided to treat myself to a massage. I'd seen Star Beauty Spa on Instagram and called. They were able to get me in right away. They are clean, friendly, and professional. My masseuse had just the right touch. Very affordable. I'm definitely going again 😊

Just received the best massage from Helena. Great firm pressure, full body, professional. I rarely find anyone who works my pecs or adductors, but she did! My shoulders feel so much better, and so do my legs and arms. Overall, I can't go on about how amazing it was, especially for the price. It was affordable and cheap enough that I could still afford to give a tip, which was well deserved! ALWAYS TIP YOUR AMAZING THERAPIST!

The massage was amazing! However, the service aside from the massage was not great ): I went to the sauna and everything, nobody checked on me whatsoever. I called to get out and go to a massage room, I ended up having to call the front desk, and they told me to wait. I waited in the sauna area for about 30-40 minutes and STILL nobody came to check or anything. I ended up calling again for the second time, and they still told me to wait. I called a third time as well and told front desk that I can’t stay any longer in the sauna, so they told me they “had no people” at the moment and to wait again. I waited for another 15-20 minutes or so and had to tell them I’m heading out to some room because I cannot sit on the wooden bench in there for a long period of time. I headed out and waited again on some bed in an empty room for another 20 minutes, again nobody checked on me or my guest I brought with me, and when I called once more the phone like said the office was closed? I had to walk to the front desk this time and they told me they were understaffed and I had to wait, again. I didn’t walk in either, I had made an appointment at 7 PM for the sauna and the massage. If they didn’t have enough people working, then they shouldn’t have let me make the appointment in the first place and told me come later. We got in around 7:30 and started with the sauna, and then the massage started around 9:10, and we got out at around 10:10. At the very least SOMEONE could have come to the sauna area (like a bathroom with sauna and shower, tile all around, not really much of a waiting area either.) and could have said “hey we’re all busy at the moment, let me take you to some waiting area of some sort instead of waiting in here.” But nobody even checked in on us. Mary and Amy were our Massage Therapists and they did a wonderful job! However, the other staff never came to check on us. Even if they were understaffed, the very least they could do in between was to just quickly let us know like “hey we’re currently all occupied,” or something. Even then, we made an appointment and didn’t walk in, a on one should have been there, but still, at the very least a small warning or heads up would be much appreciated.
