I'm so happy that my friend recommended this salon. Everyone is friendly. The quality of the services is terrific. The prices are very reasonable. I used to go to the supposedly high-end salon down the street and pay nearly twice the price for the same quality...and had to put up with the owner's politics being shoved down my throat. Not anymore!

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS! Please please BEWARE OF THIS HAIR SALON!!! Especially, if you want to keep your hair! I'm being quiet generous giving the one star. Note: This is a family business establishment. The stylists will NOT take responsibility for their mistakes, AND will expect their customers to pay additional to fix them. If you express your concerns, your words will be misconstrued, and you will be considered as "rude and disrespectful". Star Image's hair stylists lack customer service skills. Sure, they are nice and courteous until a mistake is made, then their true colors manifest. I too, made a mistake; I did not read ALL their reviews. And Now, I'm paying for it. It may be a good idea to ask when the last time they had a refresher course or re-certification with hair chemicals. I'm just saying...

Ryann did a great job layering my curly hair. She was very easy to talk to and seemingly genuine. I really enjoyed her kindness. She told me that her mother, grandmother, and Aunt all three work here. I met her mother and we all three chatted about movies and events in history. I like friendly folks so I had an especially good experience with them today. Another outstanding thing about Ryann, she did my eyebrows by their natural shapes. I like that. I don't like the big arch or extreme arch. She does her job very well and she also doesn't mind taking more off if it's not to your satisfaction. The cut was to my satisfaction, there was just a little bit too much length left on top and she fixed it to my liking. I will definitely go back in and see her and have her do my hair and facial waxing again.

Poor lash experience with Marsha. Very dissatisfied. Lost so many of my own lashes after just 3 fills.

She used superglue, or gorilla glue. I swelled shut and had to have them professionally removed and it tore out all of my natural eyelashes. I have no eyelashes now and my eyes are swollen shut

There is a reason I've been going to the same stylist for 15 years and going to Star Image. The staff are always respectful. The salon is always very clean. They make you leave feeling 100% better than you walked in. My hair stylist is a pure genius with color and my hair receives compliments daily. I couldn't imagine going any where else.

Would highly recommend Lindsey at Star Image! It's a great salon and a fun experience. I have alopecia due to Lupus, meds, and I'm sure stress as all working moms have 😢 and Lindsey listens to me without complaint, works me in if needed, deals with my crazy hair issues and puts a smile back on my face when I leave. Love her!!!
