I was so pleased the way they did my nails and pedicure that I feel/believe I have never been so satisfied with the finish polish style I had. They took me fast w/o appoint. (It was kind of late but they did it anyway) they offered me something to drink and I appreciated it since I was coming from work and was tired! They definitely have one loyal customer for sure! Ty to all the girls for being friendly and welcoming!

The pedicure was great, and it looks really good, unfortunately my manicure was not good at all, my cuticles look jagged and unclean, and I actually had to remove the nail polish the second day because it looked bad. I only gave 3 stars because the pedicure was good.

No free feet pics, sorry. This pedicure was fantastic! They were so incredibly considerate the whole time I was there and constantly checked in on me. My eyebrows look great and so do my toes. They never pressured me into anything I didn't want and they weren't rude about the state of my toenails either. I love this salon and cannot wait to go back!

Was Looking for a new salon, after doing research on yelp, reading reviews and looking at prices we decided to stop into this little gem early one morning we were greeted nicely. I personally had “D” she was amazing, felt comfortable and at home, we had two technicians and they both opened new sealed nail implements in front of us and offered drinks. Being 9 months pregnant and due any day I will make some time to come in for this special treat whenever I am able.

Linda was so patient with my very difficult feet. She gets 5 stars The 4 stars are due to paying an extra charge for using a credit card. It's 2024 nobody does that.

I'm visiting for vacation and I decided to get a pedicure. The salon is very clean and professional inside! The woman who worked on me was insanely patient (I have ticklish feet) and made the whole experience one of the biggest highlights of my life!

Heather, the owner of Star Nails, is absolutely phenomenal!!! She is friendly, kind and very personable!! Alex, my nail technician, is also fabulous!!! I am over age 60 and have been getting my nails done for many years.....in Pittsburgh, Dallas and a few other out of town cities, and I have NEVER had such excellent service and Alex did my nails the BEST I've ever had done!!! I give them a FIVE star rating!!!!

Everyone was really nice, but my big toe's polish split in half and fell off after 3 days and another toe's also fell off. I wasn't doing anything extra or strange to cause, and this has never happened before when I've gotten my nails done elsewhere. Also, I asked for callus removal and their technique was just the grater, didn't really help and on top of that my calluses got much worse after. I know this place has really high ratings but I was disappointed with the quality (especially since it's not the cheapest).

Excellent job by Heather and her staff. Very friendly. Prices are affordable and I'm very happy with my nails and pedicure. I just moved to Tampa and sought a nail shop based on reviews. No need to look elsewhere. I found my nail shop.

I can only speak about Saturday mornings because that's when I go. I've been to this shop three times now and have received excellent service on all three occasions. I get a pedicure and acrylics toes and they do a great job on both. They have a large staff and are usually able to accommodate people without much of a wait. It's WAAAAAY out of the way for me but very worth it in my opinion ❤️

I'm so sorry to write this review but feel it's important to share my experience. I went after seeing so many great reviews. But it was the most painful pedicure I've ever received. The girl was jabbing my cuticles down so hard with that sharp object that I left bleeding on multiple toes. It took everything in my power not to literally cry during the pedicure. I could never recommend this place even though it's clean and everyone was friendly.

My first time here and was very fortunate to have Kim do my pedicure. This is a very comfortable and clean place with nice decor and also massage chairs. Pricing was very reasonable, too. I will definitely return to this well run nail salon.

Shop was very clean and the pedicure chairs and nail stations were all very new looking. The prices were excellent. Plenty of very friendly staff and the owner was very nice and professional. We will definitely be going back for the monthly pedicure and nail needs.

The owner Heather and her staff are so friendly, courteous and responsive. They stay abreast of techniques and always ensure their customers are satisfied. They quickly resolve any concern on the infrequent occasion should it arise. This salon was recommended to me and I totally understand why. I have been extremely pleased with the service provided since I’ve been coming for the past few years. A special shout out to Heather, Alex, Kim and Yaidy for the top notch services I’ve always been provided.

I've been going to Star Nails for about 6 months now, and I won't go anywhere else again! Everyone makes you feel welcome and refers to you by name. Where do you find that anymore? I get my nails done, and I've also gotten pedicures. What a Great Place!!
