I really like this place. Prices are reasonable. The times I've called for a last minute appointment they've accommodated. I always have great conversation with all the girls in there. You can tell they really like their customers.

I went in for a regular pedicure that number one is way overpriced for the quality of the job, 2 I wanted regular nail polish and after 1.5 hours I had to switch colors because the nail tech said it was no good … then switched colors and she was still unable to do my nails … the color was going to the sides and not drying …. It has never happened to me before …. She charged me before she finished the job and after 2 color changes and removing and painting of the nails several times I walked out of there with an incomplete pedicure and I asked for someone else to do it and she said everyone was busy and refused to give a refund worst experience ever… never going back and I paid 37 dollars for nothing … do not go there

Originally I had given a better review but since Nancy wants to talk smack and over charge me since I’m not her normal customer since my girl was on vacation I’m a be petty. My nails normally costs $85, she said in her language she was charging me more because I’m not her customer and she could do whatever (I use google translate and just read what is being said). She charged me $120 for my nails and I let my normal person know and even the manager didn’t try to rectify because I’m not the same race. Nancy is not the person to go to and she is a thief. Stealing money when she could’ve been tipped the difference if she had done it right. I will never come here again and it sucks because I really enjoyed it.

Crystal is the BEST! I only let Crystal do my pedicures, waxing, & nails! Crystal perfects my nails every time! My daughter loves Lyndsey for her manicure & pedicure!

Gel manicure sucked started chipping right when I left. Didn’t have time to go back so don’t know if they would have fixed it, but not going to waste my money here anymore.

I have had pretty good luck here. Even when there is a language barrier other techs help get the point across. Today that was not the case. I was very disappointed with the fact that everyone watched as I was trying to assist the tech with pictures of a Mickey Mouse silhouette and not one tech that could assist jumped in to help. It is the one thing my daughter wanted and should be very simple. The issue wasn’t that the tech couldn’t do it, simply that she didn’t understand what I was saying, and not one of her coworkers felt like helping her.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have never had such a terrible experience at a salon like I did at this place . My mom, grandma, and I all had a terrible experience with their customer service and services . My nails came out bubbly bc of their cheap paint and they made me stay there for 3 hours to “fix the issue” my nails are so fragile after all the filing that they did . My grandmas polish was also separating in real time and she wasn’t moving and the lady told us “tell your grandma to stop moving” which she wasn’t . Overall the customer service and quality of this salon was 0/10 and I would never recommend this salon .

One of the best nail experiences I’ve had at a salon 🥹 everyone is super welcoming and open to conversation it’s hard to find that ANYWHERE! Lisa is definitely my favorite, I talk to her like I’ve known her for years. Genuinely satisfied and will be returning, Thank you Lisa! ❤️❤️

Star Nails has been around for a long time. I’ve only once in my 15 years of going have had a bad experience (new tech who didn’t quite understand what i wanted) I frequent the shop about every five weeks and have the same nail technician. They’ve always done an amazing job. They are very clean and tidy and do a great job no matter who you get. Unlike other nail salons their technicians speak fluent English. There’s an array of techs that are African American, Latino, Asian and white. No discrimination by the owner who does a fantastic job vetting her employees. Owner takes pride in her shop and is always at the forefront of customer satisfaction. 5 starts for being my go to place for 15 years! I don’t know what I’ll do when i move out of state in a few years. I Might possibly drive 3 hours back just for my nails. 😎

Horrible service and they are thieves so be cautious! Make sure you are clear of how much services are. Other places, removal of in/grown nail is free. They charged me 10 dollars per toe.

Rebecca was amazing! I love that she takes her time to make sure my nails are perfect! Perfect shape and an expert at painting! And if there’s something I’m not good with, I just say in the moment “hey can you fix this” and then I can be sure to leave happy every time! Been coming here for years and highly recommend!

The woman at the front counter was very rude. Apparently, they can’t do acrylic nails. It was a two hour wait as a walk in. I will never go back to that salon. Later, I called to talk with the owner, but was hung up on. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but I was shocked to say the least.

Worst place to get your nails done! I recently went in for a regular gel manicure and it took the nail Tech by the name of Rebecca over an hour and a half to not get the job done. I had to leave to a personal appointment with my nails undone. (View pictures) When I came back later that afternoon to have her finish, my nails, which I had paid for the service before I left. No one wanted to finish my nails! The staff is super rude and the manager doesn’t care for their customers. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

My natural nail had gel polish and I cracked it pretty badly. I came here and Q took me in right away and helped me. She was very gentle and efficient. I appreciate her for being so caring and accommodating. Will definitely come back here again 😊

This place was so nice! I walked in with no appointment and they didn’t make an issue, I had a really nice conversation during my manicure and it was very relaxing. I had no issues with the materials feeling like they were being reused, would highly recommend a manicure with Arly
