I have had the best experience here!!! Tim did my nails, and they are perfect!!! Steve did my pedicure and it’s perfect too!!! They know you by name!! This is the absolute best place for both nails and toes! Love love love them!!!

Everytime I've been here I've been charged a different price for the same service. I keep my receipts because the price is literally whatever they make up that day. Today I went in & got a color change (no pedicure) on my feet & a manicure with gel. No acrylics or tips or anything on my hands. I paid $71. $71 to change colors on my feet (from white to white) and hands. I will never go back or recommend. The guy began ringing me up, told her I didn't get a Pedi etc but yet she charged me the same price.

I stopped going here because of the inconsistency in service and pricing. The pricing is not straightforward and they will nickel and dime you for every single thing.

I went on a Thurs at 1pm. Not busy at all. I had requested a regular manicure. I sat with Lily. She didn’t talk much but she was quick. I really liked the job she did although I probably could’ve used another coat of polish. She left it up to me and I thought 2 was enough. 🤷‍♀️ I’ll pick another color next time. Anyway, I had a very good experience.

I‘ve been to this establishment a handful of times. Today, yet again, after making an appointment, I was unable to be seen at my appointment time. This is the second time this has happened. This spa will no longer get my business! It’s frustrating when you make an appointment and then you sit and wait there without even giving a heads up that they’re running behind. How long is someone expected to wait when they’ve make an appointment?

Modern, clean, no fumes! ! ! Excellent pedicure and massage chairs and safe from fungus because they change out disposable liners each and every time. It's the only place I'll dip my toe.

Little frustrated with the customer service here. I specifically requested a certain tech for an appointment I made 1 week ahead of time. I get there for first morning appointment and someone is sitting in my nail tech's chair. She bumped me to a random technician so she could help this woman instead. While I was there, a woman came in for a waxing appointment she made with a certain person. She gets there, and that person is not even there. She complained this has happened multiple times. Obviously this salon doesn't care about appointments, so don't be surprised if you have to wait an hour or don't get the person you made an appointment with.

This is my first time here. Sonny did my pedicure. This has been a wonderful experience. One of the best I've had. He is gentle, articulate and friendly.I will absolutely be back!

Very clean and professional, have been trying to find a great place in the to varies Mount Dora area and this is the place to go. We’re very gentle and did not make my toe her after going through and getting my ingrown toenail out. Massage you for a long time and overall great service and a very relaxing experience. The owner was super nice greeted us, gave us water, and helped us find a color that we would like. We will definitely be coming back!

Was asked to wait 45 minutes, only 3 employees working. Waited 1 hour in 15 minutes and then 2nd employee asked me what I’m waiting for. 3rd employee explained what I was waiting for. The absolute worst service, Celestial nails please re-open on Tuesdays, Star Nails should be nail eternal nails and spa because that is how long you wait. Will not mention the amount of customers I saw walk out

My daughter and I Got the new acrylic dip and with in 2 days they were chipping and peeling off, we also got spa pedicure deluxe and she forgot to use all items in kit, was not really worth the money came to $190 for us both, and it was suggested by co worker but she was a lil older so she doesn't get much done.

My niece went there Saturday to get her nails done & came out crying because how awful her nails got done please NEVER GO HERE & they are always so rude.
