I went here off and on for a few years. I never left with anything that didn't look good, and my stylist had a great personality. I won't be going back though - more often than not, I felt as though I left with the cut/color that my stylist wanted to give me and not necessarily what I asked for.

Just got a great curly cut from Amanda. It was pretty fast (I didn't time it, but defintely under an hour), but still relaxing. Great haircut, I liked that she saw a clear vision of what to do with my hair, because I did not. She was also really open to my ideas and needs.

My previous salon closed down recently, so I was on the lookout for a new salon. I gave Star Salon a try, and I'm so glad I did. I had an appointment with Amanda to, quite drastically, get my hair cut a lot shorter (and with bangs), and I couldn't be happier with the result. I showed her a photo inspiration, and she talked me through the entire process checking in with me to make sure that I was comfortable the entire time. I can't recommend this salon and Amanda enough!

It was horrible. Bad experience I never had in my life. I didnt get the color I asked for. I would never go back to this place. Andrea didnt know what she was doing. She is not professional at ALL if you care about your hair never go to Star Salon.

I found Star Salon less than a year ago after moving to Denver. I've been so pleased with Andrea since finding her! I usually don't know what I exactly want with my hair, but she and I talk through some things and she just knows what to do. I've never colored my hair and she was so great in how she approached my first time. She just knows hair and is so knowledgeable about everything.

I have always struggled with multiple cowlicks and swirls in my hair and haven’t been super pleased with my cuts. That changed yesterday. Andrea gave me a wonderful cut that hides all the wonky bits AND walked me through some easy styling “cheats” since I have no idea how to do my hair. Tried them all this morning and loved how easy it was to do and how it looked. She is a hair maven!

I'm newer to Denver and as I was searching for a place to get my hair cut I came across star salon. I worked with Andrea and she did a great job matching the type of hairstyle that I like. This seems simple enough but I've had many people mess it up before. Andrea really listened to what I wanted and I provided a pic of how it used to look to help her see what I meant. I'm definitely going to come back to see her again.

Wow! I have never been so happy with my hair, ever. Andrea listened and talked to me for about 15 minutes before we started as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted (blunt cut, toner, and some brightening partial highlights). She KILLED it! The cut and color I imagined in my head is exactly what she gave me. Not to mention it was incredibly priced. Great conversation, very clean salon, and really good vibes. Thanks again, Andrea. You rock. ☺️

I took my daughter to get her hair cut with Elizabeth and she did an amazing job. My daughter's hair was shoulder length and the cut she wanted was a very short style. We brought pictures for reference and Elizabeth matched it perfectly and we couldn't be happier.

These folks were very friendly and to limit COVID exposure they spaced folks out really well. Really happy with the expertise of my stylist and the end result!! Will definitely be back.
