Not to bad I had a young lady do mine she did a great job. I love coffin and she perfected the shape. When I sat I was told 42 and left paying 60 all together for two designs. That i feel is a issue in any nail salon though. But they don't fake language barriers she broke down my prices for gel shape design etc.

The nail tec took the time to do exactly what I wanted. Even when my idea failed and the nails looks bad, she kindly redid them with no extra charge. I haven't had a bad experience with them yet.

So this is on behalf of my mom. I was on the phone with her while she was talking to tech who was also the owner. She got a pedicure and felt that the polish was too thick and looked like a amateur job. When she asked for it to be corrected, the tech said no and then grabbed my mom when she got up and stated that she wasn't going to pay for a bad job where she would pay if they corrected it. A Spanish woman who is a employee started to chime in rather than try to satisfy the customer. The security was called and police showed up. Bottom line is, my mom came for a service that was not rendered according to what she wanted and had to pay for it. Shut this place down or give them no more business unless they can bring excellent customer service to this area. We welcome a new salon that will do a better job.

Walk in and only 1 nail tech is in there. In the salons defense it was Memorial Day. But I think all techs should be able to give the same service. Which wasn't the case. I couldn't get what I wanted and had to settle.

Bad quality. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I got my nails done on a Saturday, by the next day 2 nails fell off, by Wednesday when I actually was able to return to have them fix it because they weren't done properly I was down to 5 nails (the entire right hand came off) when I got there they were trying to tell me it would be an additional 25 dollars to get them fix, now I payed $30 to begin with, that's basically $15 a hand, $3 a finger. For starters I don't believe I needed to be charge because your stylist didn't do a good job. Second, if I only need ONE hand redone why am I being charged for almost as much as it cost me to get a full set? It hasn't even been a full week, today is Thursday and I lost 3 more nails on the other hand. Waste of my time and money!

This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to!!! They don't listen, when the manager comes over, all she wants to do is take up for the manicurist that's doing wrong. I normally get my nails done every week and only came here because they were close. Bad move. The lady wasted my products (I brought my own cuticle remover because they somehow try to use regular lotion. She tried to pour half the bottle on my nails) and I had to keep telling her not to forget to polish the side of my nails. Worst place ever. I'll pay more to go someplace decent!
