Never get waxed from here! They removed the skin of my underarm. They put me in a cold room without any heater with obviously no cloths while waxing and burned and removed my entire underarm. While I try to make complain conveniently they all started speaking Chinese.

Got the starry pedicure with Linda and she was lovely! A great conversationalist and she helped me choose a color too. Love that you get a hot stone massage included too! Will come again soon.

Solid neighborhood nail spot! Ive been going for several years now and I like to go during less crowded times because it can get a little loud inside. Massage chairs work well, equipment is clean. I’ve done nail art a few times but I think the spot is best for plain colors and pedicures.

They found a customer for as long as I'm able to come here. Jennie and Jason serviced me and they are amazing, attentive, and meticulous! This spa is spacious, more than enough pedicure and hand service stations, it was amazing to walk into. As soon as I walked in Jennie greeted me and showed me to the pedicure chair. The massage chair actually works which was much needed. I got the Lavender Spa Pedicure and acrylic/gel custom design. In the pedicure, it included a 5 minute leg/foot massage (thank you Jennie for being patient, I am ticklish AF). For my acrylic set, I showed Jason the picture I wanted and what I wanted, I GOT! I see other negative reviews and not sure where those were coming from but my experience was great and I will come back religiously. I hope my review helps others try despite the negative reviews!

Very rushed and sloppy job. There was nail polish residue on my finger, bubble spots, square shape was rushed and I was rushed when trying to pick a nice color. I noticed all of this when I left the salon and grabbed my taxi because it’s such dim lighting inside. See attached pics. Almost $50 for poor gel manicure.

I go here regularly for a variety of nails, from pedis to gel to powder extensions, and they are reliably good. Brought my 9 year old daughter and 5 friends here this morning for a mani/pedi birthday party, and it was awesome! They were super accommodating, and allowed for us to bring refreshments and a couple of decorations. The girls had an amazing time and all walked out feeling like new women. I really love their willingness to go above and beyond.

The lady that did my nails was super rude and impatient. I’m like customers don’t need to be pampered but at least don’t be rude and make us feel uncomfortable. I have done nail extensions in so many places never had a bad experience like I had in this one. Never coming back again and I don’t recommend this place. Really disappointed!

I have frequented this establishmebt for quite some time and have never had this type of issue. The lady cut my nail so short and filed so hard that it broke the skin under my nail and created an open wound. I understand that accidents occur but when I brought up my dissatisfaction and pain the only rectifying action taken was a simple sorry. As a long time customer I had higher expectations. Let’s hope this does not lead to an infection under my nail. This will be the last time I frequent this establishment. Nice lady but poor work!

Called ahead for hours of operation, products, and prices. Spoke with the manager, and the conversation went rather well. The manicure was basic, and the customer service was refreshing.

Don’t go here unless you want to severely damage your nails! I came in for a gel removal and a week later my nails are extremely brittle and sore. I had to trim my nails short so they wouldn’t bend and break. I have red marks under all my nails from the aggressive removal.

For the prices they have, it is not worth it to do acrylic nails here. It was not a good application, gel color was left streaky, gel color has lifted a week later, and the acrylic has started to lift too. My friends did dip color as well and the application was lumpy. It seems like they just rushed the process not worth the $100. Not to mention the man who did my nails was digging his nails along the sides of my cuticles which was extremely painful.

I was very satisfied with the service up to today 12/14/2023. I was there around 2:30pm. Everyone appeared busy. I wanted a pedicure and manicure. I was told to sat at the pedicure section, which I did, and was willing to wait. A customer came in and was told to sat for a manicure. The Man, Manager or whoever he was sent the available worker to this customer who came in after me. This customer did not have an appointment, and I could not understand why the customer was given service before me. All the workers are trained to to pedicures and manicures. so that is cannot explain why she was sent to that customer. I felt If this is how this man is going to treat me, then It is time for me to leave. When I started putting on my shoes, he asked me to Wait two minutes. I said no, he said by. Customers may not be right all the time, but customers do expect to be treated fair. I am not sure If I will be returning there, Maybe not on Thursdays, especially if he is there. Very dissappointed.

I'm traveling and needed a polish fix on one thumb that chipped (I have a UV gel manicure). The Starry Nail Spa team was very accommodating and perfectly matched the color of my existing manicure in <5 minutes. It's already been several days and no signs of chipping. Thank you!

Very clean. Womam who did my nails was professional and nice. One of my cuticles started peeling after two days though . There is a discount for paying cash. The up selling is a bit annoying. I def would return. Will mention the peeling.
