Avoid this place. Terrible customer service. I was cancelled on several times with no warning, after making a reservation. First time I showed up and they told me my barber had already left. I was perfectly on time. Second time I was only a couple minutes late cause of unforeseen traffic. I showed up and they tell me “we’re running behind” and had to reschedule me. 0 warning: no calls or texts. Showed up twice just to get sent home. Won’t be returning.

I made an appointment for Saturday the 25th, however, something came up and I needed to cancel my appointment. I never got an email or notification that I made an appointment for that day, so since there was no number to call, I had to email them to try and cancel my appointment, but I never got a reply back. There was no other route to cancel the appointment. Since I didn’t show up to my appointment on Saturday, I got charged $50!!! Ridiculous!

Been here twice now. Two different barbers. Top notch in every metric. Talent and pride in their work. Easy to schedule online. laidback environment. Received a bit of a therapy session with David commiserating about the struggles of teenage boys. I left looking good, feeling good. Solid people here.

I told them about a cowlick. completely overcompensated for it. gave me a different haircut and the customer service was horrible. he told me it was symmetrical, although one side was extremely high and the other was low. It as if he thought the top of my head was where my part is. extending the fade from the right side to be very high. he made it look like a pony tail and a strand on the side of my hair that makes me look gothic or something. really unbelievable!!!! I tried to schedule with a more competent person but they said they would charge me again.

Visited this place yesterday for a skin fade with Michael and I have found my new barber! Everyone there was so nice and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Michael is very personable and he gave my the best fade I have ever had! His attention to detail is amazing and I walked out "crispy" haha!

I have had two haircuts here from two different barbers and I would never come back. For $55 it’s just not worth it.
