First off let me say this, Rachel.. Rachel.. RACHEL OMG i have never been so in love with my hair before! She was so amazing and my expectations were blown out of the water, me and my boyfriend both had so much fun and can’t wait to go back to have our haircut together! My color came out so vibrant and beautiful, she cared for us so much and the hospitality given was incredible! Thank you so much!!!

Rachel was amazing, she gave me a perm as long with a haircut, I’m extremely happy with the results. The salon was very welcoming. I highly recommend if you haven’t been before. And her commitment to customer service is unreal!

First time going I was highly recommended here and I was very disappointed I booked with Racheal who was actually really nice super cool but when I told her and showed her I wanted red I ended up with orange/the Lorax hair. She seems like she was in a rush and I believe she also doesn’t know how to properly mix hair color. When it was time to blow dry my hair she had to leave and keys took over I told her I wasn’t happy she was very generous and offered to fix my hair when she fixed it I was very satisfied with the results. When it came time to pay keys told me Rachel was originally going to charge me 240 (which is ridiculous considering the hell I went through)but keys only charged me 130 plus tip which I did. Won’t be coming back EVER!! But I highly recommend KEYS IF YOU DO GO.

Paula Watson @ Steel Magnolia’s has cut my hair for years!! I have an inverted bob that is apparently hard to master (from other stylists) but Paula nails it every time!! Her attention to detail is top notch and scheduling appts with her is easy!!

Paula Watson done my hair here an literally brought my hair back to life she’s like the best! I don’t think there is anything she can’t do! There is never a time I’m not satisfied. You can also talk to her like she’s your best friend honestly like the best conversations I just love her!

I received a beautiful haircut and blowout from Rachael and Keys as a model for the cutting class. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Paula is fabulous with my color. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Rachel for well over a year now and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. My hair always looks beautiful because of her work and I highly recommend Steel Magnolias! I’m moving out of state but whenever I’m in town I’m going to continue getting my hair done with her because of the amazing experience I’ve had here.

Rachel made my experience there a great one. She was really informative during our consult and was kind during our entire process. She made me feel comfortable and the ending result was beautiful. On top of that stayed 2 hours after closing to finish styling my hair. Thank you to all the kind ladies that work here. I will definitely be coming back 😄

Had an appointment here on Wednesday to see Elizabeth and she did an absolute phenomenal job! I have been trying to find someone who can do my hair like back home since we just moved here 6 months ago. I love her attitude, personality and style! Solitaire did an absolutely outstanding color on my hair and went above and beyond to make sure the color matched previously successful color matches. She was wonderful to hang out with while my hair was processing and was determined to exceed my expectations. Way to go Solitaire and I will see you soon.

10/10 recommend! I wanted a subtle burgundy and darker brown color and my stylist nailed it! The entire team was incredibly personable. Plus they have some super cute items for sale. The owner is just as nice she hires artists. They've got a customer for life!
