Just had a great experience, and a fabulous haircut! and style with Chris! Was growing a pixie cut for months. Chris took time to answer my questions, and provided feedback during my appointment at the Salon. The prices are very reasonable, and my friends always give me compliments about my "new do!" After searching for a Hairstylist near Sarasota, I'm so glad that I finally found a place! Appointments can be made online, which is convenient, since my schedule is crazy most weeks.

It’s a no from me. I got a haircut a month ago (2/11) by Chris and I was unsatisfied by the service and cut given. Since then I have called 5x times and left messages each time. I spoke with one stylist about the incident and left my name and number. I’ve also submitted two contact me forms of their website and I tried to email them with the email on the website( which is not a valid email) as well, with no response back. The lack of communication is loud. As far as my cut goes, I asked for 1-2 inches off and to keep everything possible. I *had* very long hair but 5 inches were taken off the bottom. I did as for some long layers, and instead the majority of my hair is layers. I was and am still shocked with my hair. It was not what I asked for. In addition, when I booked I also added notes about the cut that I desired as well, so it shouldn't have been a surprise about what I wanted. Along with my cut I paid for a deep conditioning treatment that never happened. He washed my hair for 3-4 minutes, for a service that should’ve lasted 10-15. The product they use is supposed to sit for 10-15 minutes alone which another stylist a the salon quoted to me. But not to worry, he still charged me for it. When I got out to my car ( with very wet hair still ) I realized how much he actually cut off! I was devastated and hadn’t noticed because of how fast he ushered me to pay. In total my appointment was 19 minutes. I want a refund and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

Stephanie has been my stylist for a few years now. You will always receive professional service. I love how Stephanie pays attention to all her customers wants. Her haircuts are the best that I have received in years...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They closed up shop without letting anyone know. My elderly mom had a standing appointment at the Jefferson Center and these crooks couldn’t be bothered to tell her. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I came in a red head (lots of box color over 5 yrs) and walked out the shade of blond I wanted thanks to Kelly. He is a master with color and took the time to do everything perfectly. Just trust the process and put your hair in his hands - you will not be sorry! Everyone is so nice and welcoming at the studio, you can tell they work together as a family. Such a great experience!

I love this hair studio!!! I paid a very expensive salon in town for a simple haircut and it was ruined. I came to Stephanie king last minute and was attended by Kelly. He did an amazing job. My hair looked amazing afterwards and he gave me so many tips on how to take care of my hair. I’m in love! This is my new hair salon. Highly recommend to everyone. Oh, and they’re not RIDICULOUSLY expensive for no reason.

Kat cut my hair and did an amazing job! The shop is nice, relaxing and has a great vibe. I felt welcome the minute I walked in. Very affordable. Will definitely be back. Thank you ladies for a great experience.

Absolutely amazing experience Kat did a fantastic job transforming my hair and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. My favorite part about the whole experience is when Kat washed my hair she gives amazing massages and does great job at preventing water going in my ears or eyes. I am in love with my hair now!!!! 10000000000000/10 would come here again

Came in with completely overgrown hair unintended dead ends and kat cut my hair put some layers back in it it looks amazing it feels amazing and I've already got many compliments thank you kat you did a great job and was affordable and nice place to be

Came in with grown out crazy curly hair. All I asked was above the shoulders and not a bob. Absolutely loved my haircut. Nellie did a 10/10 job. And being able to make your apt online through Google made the entire experience effortless. I’ll be back next time I’m around :)

I booked an appointment for 5 PM today. I showed up 10 minutes early, very excited to get my hair cut by Kelly. I saw him washing someones hair and asked what was happening. He said he would be cutting her hair first. I was very confused. I booked an appointment for 5 PM. Who is this woman? I ended up leaving at 5:05 PM. He hadn't even started cutting the womans hair. I didnt want to wait an hour for a haircut I booked days ago. This is incredibly unprofessional and has never happened to me before in all of my life. I am so disgusted. I took time out of my day to come here for an appointment I had on the books. What business does this? Do not come here if you want a professional service. 1 star.

I live in Virginia. A year ago I was visiting my sister in Sarasota & wanted to try something different. She recommended Kelly & he did wonderful purple color. A year later I’m visiting again & was ready to return to my natural color. Kelly was amazing again. Wish I could see him year round!

Nellie did great cutting my hair. I am happy with the result! The saloon looks clean and comfy. Reasonable price as well. A bit higher from what states in their website but still reasonable. There are few other stylist, they are pretty busy and recommend to book in advance.

Nellie is very sweet & I did like how she cut my hair. I decided to lighten my hair with her & I feel it wasn’t done as professional as I thought. No foils were used on my hair when bleaching. It was just pulling on my hair to bleach. Which was painful. Then hair dye was applied on top of bleach hair which started to burn scalp so I asked for it off. I always thought it was toner that went on top of bleach to lighten. Then the color that I resulted in was orangey & patchy. I went in to try to fix & thought I liked it in salon but still did not :( after weeks my hair was breaking off & got worse. I appreciated the effort but feel I payed so much for what I got. Feel bad but this is my experience. I know she said another session but still not okay to be left w hair I was left with in meantime.

Stephanie has been my stylist since I moved here nearly 9 years ago. I’m an outdoorsy gal that likes to just put a bit of product in and let the beach weather just do what it does… she is awesome with cuts and textures. She also is a master at highlighting my hair with the change of seasons. She listens closely if I am asking for something specific, but it is awesome to just sit in the chair and know I will have an awesome stylish cut and highlight that makes people compliment me and ask… “Hey, where did you go for that & who does your hair?!” If I could rate her 10 stars, I would. Prices are so reasonable and with her years of expertise, you will never be let down! So awesome she’s centrally located in Sarasota! Love You, Stephanie!! See you soon! 😉😘
