I just got my hair cut and beard lined up and trimmed and John did a phenomenal job. It's going to be hard for me to go anywhere else, if you're looking for personable, understanding and great people to be around, this is where you go. I couldn't be happier with the result.

Before I begin, my experience at this salon would get a 1 star rating if it were not for Avery. She was an assistant that day, but she was so lovely and attentive me throughout my visit. She is very kind and made me feel seen. I also appreciated the efforts of the second stylist I saw who did her best to remedy the errors and negligence of the previous stylist. Those two aside, my time with my first stylist was awful. My only service for that day was a haircut and the experience was painful and disappointing. Upon first arriving, I thoroughly explained how I wanted my haircut to look and what my hair texture is normally like. My curls scrunch up about 2 inches, I wanted bangs sitting at eyebrow level, lots of layers for volume, and I asked that the length be maintained as much as possible. I paired this with an older picture of myself having had the haircut I described for reference. For the haircut itself, she dry combed my curls out which pulled on my hair and continued to pull on my hair again with the shears. Both instances were painful, especially when she was cutting my hair as she dragged the scissors down in a pull-cut method as she went. After spending a whopping 7 minutes in her chair. She told me it was finished and that we could check it after I got washed. Once I came back and had my hair styled, I was silent and beyond disappointed. I had no layers, no bangs, and my hair was extremely frizzed. Everything I had said to her/showed her had been ignored. I even asked for more to be taken off and she reluctantly snipped my "bangs" from chin level to my nose before sending me off to pay for my services with a scalp ache and a hairstyle I hated for my troubles. I write this review nearly a month later because the sour experience has stuck with me. I was ignored, dismissed, and left with damaged curls as a result of her carelessness and lack of attention to her client.

I’ve been going to Stephanie Moss Salon since moving back to Omaha 9 years ago and it’s a wonderful salon! Jean Moss always does a phenomenal job and is both hair guru and friend. My latest visit was for a Brazilian Blowout and this treatment is a game changer! My extra thick, course hair is incredibly smooth, light, and much less frizzy. It’s not a straightener- but more like a super dose of “calm” for my unruly mane! Highly recommend the blowout and Jean’s personalized services!

Went here for a wedding party as one of the bridesmaids. I asked if I could pay extra for a wash and the stylist said no they were only allowed 30min per person. She was not friendly, my $77 style fell out of place immediately. I didn’t see her use any hairspray and they force you to pay a 22% tip on top of that. I wasted money and would have just been better off doing it myself. I do not recommend anyone go here ESPECIALLY bridal parties.

Been coming here for 8 years since The Shave opened. I can’t say enough nice things! The barbers are great! Reasonable prices, always clean, prompt service, and awesome barbers! I would and do recommend this place to anyone who needs a barber. Thanks Stephanie Moss.

My roots were the same as when I came in and my color over all was not what I asked for. I was told no time to fix it and would do it next time. (In 6 weeks).

Been looking for a barber for years. Saw Will today and it’s the best cut I’ve ever had. Very great at listening to what I wanted. Gonna bring my son in to see him as well.

Wonderful experience! Andrew provided a relaxing and comfortable environment for a shave. Hot towels, good conversation and a great close shave! I plan on coming back every few weeks for a touch up.

Clean and classy full service salon. They use and sell top of the line hair products. It is very easy to schedule appointments by calling or booking online. This is by far one of the best salons in Omaha. Top notch trends, styles, and cuts. Also offer a barber within shop with full service for men (including shave). You can enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail while relaxing during service. I love that they all work as a team and help each other. You can feel the since of family atmosphere.

Have been going to John Celesky since he was in Barber school, and have never been disappointed. I moved across the country, and whenever I'm back I have to come in to get a cut. 10/10 recommend going. The atmosphere there is absolutely amazing!.

I got my haircut done with Chase, and he was amazing! He's very good at asking questions and making sure you're comfortable with what style you are getting. The last two times I've gotten a cut from him, I've left very happy with what I had, even though I was bothering him with tons of questions and requests. Truly a great experience!

I got the Platinum Hydrafacial and added a dermaplane. Kaelynn did an amazing job!!! My face has never been so smooth and is absolutely glowing. Highly recommend the spa services at Stephanie Moss Salon. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I love the location of this Salon and the products they offer. Angela Caballero is my go to stylist!! she does a phenomenal job on my daughters thick wavy/curly hair as well as my fine & wavy hair! Her attention to detail is truly admirable. Will definitely be back!

I would not recommend getting your permanent eyeliner done. It took me two months to even get in and then when I got it done the eyeliner was gone in four days. I called to get it fixed and I didn't even get a call back from Samantha that completed my eyeliner. No questions were asked. No concerns were raised about process or aftercare, all that was said is that sometimes it doesn't stick. You wouldn't know it from the pictures but I had upper and lower done. First pic was right after and second pic was four days later. Completely gone. The third picture is from another person that fixed it. Stephanie's Salon said I had to wait another month because she was booked and I've reached out multiple times and still haven't spoken Samantha. There has been zero attempts to make this right after I've called for four days straight. I ended up going somewhere else and it looks amazing and there was a very different process used, so I know it wasn't just because "it didn't stick". When you spend $450 for a permanent mark on your face there should really be more care that goes into customer service when issues arise. If there was actual effort into fixing the issue I wouldn't have even gone somewhere else to be honest, but I'm glad I did *****UPDATE********* THE MANAGER WAS OUT ON VACATION so she did call me and make things right, apologized and was professional and kind, so I did change my star rating to 3 from my original 1.

I’ve visited Chase a couple of times and had a great experience every time. Everyone is was friendly / professional with a great atmosphere. He gave me a great haircut that looks great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great haircut and a great experience.

Love getting haircuts from Brook . She’s absolutely amazing n experienced. My hair are not easy to cut as I have very very thick hair and not everyone can cut my hair but Brook has never disappointed me once . She’s very good at her work n I highly recommend her 👍

Staff is friendly and professional. Chase is the man! Hands down the most skilled barber I've ever met. He pays attention to detail and delightful to talk with. He creates a great atmosphere so it's always an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Visited John for the first time last week. He gave me not only the best haircut, but best haircut experience I’ve had. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. Great atmosphere! Great experience overall! I highly recommend visiting John or Chase for a fantastic haircut or beard trim
