I went for the first time and I loved it! They washed my hair and cut it exactly how I asked for. Natasha did a great job, she was patient and attentive.

I went because someone referred me. I found a number of things wrong and uprofessional. Safia had no idea that she had an appointment with me and looked surprised when I came in. My first appoint with her for a cut and head of highlights and Because she was JUST starting to cut someones hair she had her assistant cut my hair, didnt even care about making a good first impression with her skills, if she even has any. She told me I didnt need toner, left my whole head with orange spots. The tone is completely different at the bottom. Theres huge spots that are very visible and she told me dont worry nobody will even see that as if I'm paying money for my hair to impress other people?! I'm extremely disappointed, I had really high Hopes that I'm going to be so happy, instead I feel like I have to put my hair in a braid so people dont notice how cheap my hair looks.
