Still Spa

I recently visited the still spa for a deep tissue massage, thanks to a gift card I received. Upon arrival, the spa appeared clean, but the experience soon took a turn for the worse. I was asked to wear a robe that not only appeared quite old but also had an unpleasant odor. Despite my hesitation, I decided to wear it anyway. Furthermore, they provided shared slippers which were not only visually unappealing but also made me feel uncomfortable. Although the massage itself was good, the overall experience did not live up to my expectations, especially considering it cost $190. Ultimately, I was left disappointed with the quality of service at such a highly rated hotel spa.

It is a small spa, not much of amenities. Two showers (one has a door, the other one is with a plastic curtain), one bathroom, one changing room. A sauna . Waiting area is too small to relax. Massage was fine, staffs were friendly, but the whole experience was not worth the price.

I had a 90-minute organic facial at Still Spa. It was delicious and effective! My esthetician, Jody, was just perfect. Expert in her field talked just enough to educate me where welcome and let me have silence as well. The face massage was the best I'd ever experienced. Really delghtful!

It was one of the best skilled deep tissue massages that I've had in years. The tables are warmed and are adjustable for a more supportive experience.

This is not my first time here. I love coming here for massages and me time. The fact that this place is next to the water makes it more peaceful. The person who was at the front desk was nice and asked me if I wanted a drink, the last times I went they did not ask. I got the monthly special and wanted the deep tissue so added that as well. It was a bit too painful so that is why I am giving it 4 stars.

Always a good time, the spa is tranquil and relaxing with plenty of massage and other spa options to choose from. The locker rooms include showers, lockers, and saunas. The relaxation area includes tea, flvored water, and complimentary champagne if you'd like. The massage rooms are peaceful, and the massage therapists seem knowledgeable. Plenty of massage options to choose from of varying lengths. You will leave in a much better shape than when you entered.

Ashley (male therapist) was exceptional. He gave me one of the best massages Ive ever gotten and Ive gotten massaged on just about every continent. I was shocked when I was told my total because I thought I was going to have to pay a lot more. Ill stay at this hotel just to get another massage. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got a swedish massage with Saucie and it was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and attentive. Definitely recommend. The waiting area is also super relaxing with the teas and cucumber water :)

Had the best facial ever!! I wish I could remember my estheticians name, she was terrific. I actually ended up falling asleep! The best place to go for some relaxation.

Have been a regular here for more than 4 years and couldn't rate it highly enough. The quality of the treatments is always excellent and the team work hard to make this a relaxing, comfortable and welcoming place to visit. The therapists always accommodate my needs and preferences, everything from medical conditions to injuries and do so with kind professionalism. There are a hundred reasons I keep coming back. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had an amazing massage from Marisol today. Seriously, one of the BEST massages I've ever received and I've had quite a few. Marisol is extremely skilled and knew exactly how to work on the knots in my shoulders and back while at the same time somehow making it relaxing! I like a good amount of pressure and she always checked to make sure the pressure was okay. Excellent massage, and a clean, relaxing, and beautiful environment. I'll be back!

I’ve always hated my nails and I have finally started to get regular manicures. Monir is amazing! Just look at the difference. No shellac/gel just my natural nail. The before photo is about 8 weeks ago. All the nail techs are great.

Calm and well equipped spa. Clean and good products. Pleasant front desk staff and really nice massage. Reason for 2 stars: I got a detox wrap. The massasue did not give proper instructions for the preparation. She seemed irritated and sneered. It was my first time getting a detox wrap and she seemed condescending and made me feel uncomfortable. That basically ruined my experience. I can't remember her name, certainly don't recommend her.

Definitely is a beautiful place. Went here for a birthday massage. Echo was really nice getting us checked in and offered a complimentary drink. My therapist was wonderful. Very quiet and listened to my needs but felt like there was a weird upsell interaction happening at the beginning in the room after asking my preferences. Also just FYI they add the gratuity on the bill. Some people are fine with it, I just find I should do it myself.

My husband did a fun spa day with stone pedicure, a turamic facial & and a revitalizing massage. All of it was great & so relaxing. Lovely quiet room with fireplace, teas, spa water. The changing rooms have lockers & a sauna. My favorite was the turamic facial it left my face so bright & glowing & the products smelled amazing. Tip-if you're booking multiple people & services, just call. I used the app and made a mess of my day, but they fixed it quickly with a call.

They are so friendly and helpful especially when I wanted to know which brand their shampoo and conditioners were (which btw they really make my hair so smooth and shiny after one wash!) but point being... The staff was extremely tolerant of my questions and helped me out as best they could. I highly rate them for their friendliness. Also their massages and sauna was legendary!! I definitely would love to go back there again soon ❤️

This place clearly is not equipped to handle pregnancy related spa treatments and they did not even know the considerations needed. My husband and I went in for a final spa day before our little one came in. I had clearly told the provider I was pregnant and looking for a facial. When I went in, no one knew how to handle facial for pregnancy. They put this hot steam in my face and made me lie on my back, clearly none of them pregnancy friendly. I was so uncomfortable that I had to ask them to stop. Then they put a mask and gave a "so called" arms massage and charged me $85. The aesthetician was nice and tried to help me as much as she could but she couldn't do much with what she had. Didn't really get any solution even after talking to the manager. Clearly an over priced place that is not customer friendly. Never going back after such a poor experience.

We recently enjoyed a college reunion weekend at the Woodmark hotel, and also enjoyed a phenomenal experience at the Still Spa. Simply put, the spa manager went above and beyond to help solve an issue that was completely unrelated to our appointments. How do you say thank you for restoring our faith in humanity? Additionally, we were all extremely pleased with our spa services and the overall experience at this beautiful property. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts - we'll be back!!

Just had one of the best massages from Laura. I felt so cared for! She treated my sore knees with an expert touch - truly a healing hour with her. The spa itself is quite nice, very professional and quiet.
