I’ve been seeing Beatriz for about 8 years. Before her, when I moved to Chicago almost 3 years earlier, it seemed like no one was getting my vibe or even doing my eyebrows how I specified I wanted. During these 8 years went through, jobs, 2 surgeries and a birth, and throughout all of that Beatriz has been a beacon. Great skincare, conversation and great consideration for my body and skin. Beatriz is incredible! She is the only person I trust with my skin! I have been seeing her for all my skin and waxing needs since 2017 and I won’t even change my esthetician. She is patient and gentle, gives fantastic skin advice and her facials are my favorite indulgence thing ever! After a facial from Beatriz I swear I look 5 years younger and feel like a celebrity. I used to have acne prone skin but now you can’t even tell I had acne before. Beatriz recently became a certified masseuse as well and I had to give it a try. I had a lot of back pain and after a few sessions with her my back and shoulders are feeling so much better. She can tell where you carry a lot of tension and she can release knots that you have. She always makes sure the customer is comfortable and asks about the level of pressure needed for the specific area. I am a customer forever! Thank you Beatriz!

She's moved locations twice since our relationship began (3 different locations) and I would probably travel anywhere for her services. March 2024: Wonderful massage in a relaxing and lovely ambiance. You’re in good hands with a highly talented and thoughtful therapist who checks in with you throughout the session and applies the appropriate pressure, to your liking. I’ll be back soon and combining with a facial for ultimate pampering! 2019: I was able to experience a super relaxing, yet uplifting exfoliating body treatment today. Beatriz' service is always best in class --she only uses high-quality products and is completely attentive to her clients' needs. Today I walked out feeling refreshed, my skin was so soft....I felt like I was floating --try the body treatment!

I have been coming here for facials for over two years. I’ve gotten multiple different kinds of facials including chemical peel, derma plane, hydrating facials, oxygen facials. I also have gotten a full body massage. I keep coming back because I love it so much. She knows what she’s doing. I’ve been coming to Stillness holistic spa for about 6 years now, Bea is amazing, professional, friendly, expert in her field. Place is always clean and sanitized and always great energy . Been seeing Beatriz for facials since 2015. Always great, I feel like my face stopped getting wrinkles when I started seeing her.(Has it really been that long?!) Her space is so relaxing. She’s always looking out for my well being and has great advice and tips, along with the reminders me to drink more water, wear sunscreen - I need those reminders!

Beatriz has done WONDERS for my complexion. I came to her with a chin full of pimples and over the course of a few months of her chemical peels and switching to her products, I have the most amazing skin. My breakouts are extremely rare now. And by breakout, I mean 1-2 pimples every 4 months MAYBE! Then I’ll go back in for another peel or regular facial and I’m set for the next chunk of the year! She’s also great with Brazilians. Quick and efficient.

I remember when i first came to her for Brazilian waxes (amazing by the way) and she suggested to me that i let her do me a series of chemical peels to clear my acute acne (that I’ve had since i was a teenager) i was skeptical because i didn’t wanna get my hopes up but i listened and and at the age of 28 with her services, products and advice i can finally say i have clear skin and absolutely love it.
