The guy who did my nails had on a nice amount of gold jewelry he was old and my nails were treated very poorly...he caused me to catch a fungus because he did not take up the old acrylic and he did a very whack job on my white tips they looked like 80s nails....I will never go back there...charged me 45 dollars for a fill in.It was a nice gesture that the lady tried to fix what he did...however the cost and aftermath of my natural nails being indefinitely damaged...I am upset to say the very least...Do Better STL Nail Spa..if u gonna carry STL on ya name ..show me better... Sorry Not SORRY 😞.

One day I was at a different nail salon and saw this woman walk in with BEAUTIFUL eyebrows. I asked her who did them and she directed me to St Louis Nail Spa. So I tried them out. Yesterday was my second time letting them do my wax & tint & I’m in love!!!! I was going to go to my regular shop for a fill in but this salon was not crowded, so I let them do my nails. I got my original nails taken off and asked for a SHORT full set. Any other shop NEVER cuts my nails down like I want them. St Louis nail spa gave me a PERFECT short set (French tip), looks exactly like an overlay!!!!! I work in the medical field and my natural nails are so thin, so it’s hard to actually get an overlay. I’m IN LOVE WITH MY NAILS!!!! 10 out of 10, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Not overpriced either… going back for a pedicure today!!! They’ve got a new customer in me ☺️

First, this place doesn’t accept appointments. I came on a Friday for a pedicure and my tech tried to upsell me to get my hands done. I agreed… three people were taken for hand services and after waiting they asked me to come back Saturday. I didn’t have time but I returned the following Friday at 6:15 to get my hands done. Techs started freeing up around 6:45-7 and I was asked by 4 different employees what I wanted. It felt like no one wanted to do my service. When someone finally did. She did a horrible job. My nails started lifting in three days. An entire nail lifted off as if I had some press-ons. I’m very disappointed. My nails usually last a full 2-3 weeks. Update: I can up there at 9:15 there were only 3 techs. The employee I spoke with was incredibly rude. She didn’t even look at me or my hand and told me it would be a long wait. You asked me to call…. I called at 10:39 and a man hung up on me. I would not recommend this place at all.

I go get my nails and toes done a lot. I happen to stop in here for a pedicure for my bday with regular polish. The lady told me they don’t do designs with regular polish. So as a customer first thing come to mind is why do I have to get gel polish when before gel polish was even a thing yall was using regular polish? I feel like they purposely tell you they can’t do this and that with regular polish to get you to spend that extra 10 on top of the nail design you getting. Really messed up my bday pedi and I’m pissed. As a customer if so want regular polish on my toes with a design you as a nail shop should be able to provide that for me without me having to spend extra money. I will not be referring this nail shop anymore

They are not professionals at all they pick and choice the people that they want to service had me sitting for 25 mins to not even service me. I have been there so many times and they always have issues with customers they are rude and need to be shut down immediately.

This was my first and last time getting services completed at this particular place. There was 3 workers there. The main most popular worker wasn't busy when I went in. She took her time and did my pedi and did a great job however she she cut me. It got a little busy so she pawned me off on the male for the toenail polish. He did such a bad job she had to fix the toe polish. I had to wait for her to complete services for 2 other people before she started on my full set. Mind you there is now about 4 people waiting. She rushed my set, no mani with full set. She did a sloppy job and cut my finger with the drill. Im not sure if it was just an off day or if its a regular occurrence at this particular establishment dut its one and done for me...I gave one star because they do provide the paraphine dip with pedicure.

Filthy Dirty nail shop with VERY BAD customer service Cindy one of the owners talks to and treat her customers very rude she acts as if she is doing her customers a favor and not like they are paying her for a service. I would NEVER step foot in this dirty unkempt place again!

DO NOT SWIPE YOUR CARD AT THIS PLACE! They swiped my card twice and I was over charged $24 when I called them to tell them they blamed it on my bank, I called my bank and they verified that they did not issue any extra fees for swiping my card at that business. I’m very upset because she had me come all the way back up to the business to get it sorted out and when I got there she wouldn’t even look at my receipt to see where they made an error. These people are liars and have horrible customer service!!!
