I recently had a hair appointment for a cut and style for my birthday. I have been to stylist before and they just went to her happy and chop my hair completely off. But not with the stylist I had which was Sonya B. She was awesome! Her customer service, professionalism and humour were an asset to the experience. Sonya B also did an excellent job on washing my hair and doing a deep conditioning treatment. Her nails did not scratch the heck out of my scalp which was a plus. It actually almost put me to sleep. I recommend her as a stylist.

My husband made an appointment for our boys and went at the time the appointment was for. Who ever he spoke to said they didn't have an appointment. They were very rude and disrespectful. We will never bring our boys here again. I would prefer not to give any stars. However they are talented, but do not have customers in mind with the aditude!
