I haven't seen such immediate results from a facial before today! I got a hydro facial, enzyme peel, and LED treatment for tightening my skin. Joanna walked me through she was doing and it was a very educational experience. My skin is glowing! I'm very pleased and will tell my friends all about my new favorite spot for facials.

Cute place with an inviting lobby! Jennifer does my highlights and cut every three months. She always leaves my hair in good shape with a beautiful cut and color!

I just received a Hydrafacial at the new location and what a charming place! Johanna was wonderful! Also My husband had a relaxing facial with a facial/shoulder massage and he loved it! I would highly recommended to my friends and family. Our skin is glowing!

UPDATE: went back to Jennifer to get another haircut and she did amazinggg with the wispy bangs / long bob. See pic :)) She is the best with layers and bangs She’s amazing was able to fix my messed up bangs from a fancy salon in Santana row, the sweetest hair dresser and cute studio. Will definitely be back :)

I had a hydrafacial at Strada with Lovette for the first time and it was a perfect way to treat myself. Ive have facials in the past, along with microdermabrasion, and I must say my hydrafacial is my new obsession!! Your face is left feeling so clean and soft when you leave, and continues to feel amazing for the weeks following. Lovette not only provided a great treatment, she was thorough and has great customer service. I highly recommend this service with Lovette and I will be back!

I had an appointment at this place confirmed over text from them. When I reached, the salon was locked with no one inside. I tried calling and texting and no one responded. After an hour, they called me saying I am one day late instead of apologizing for the mishap at their end. Like some other reviews mentioned, stay away if you respect your time.

Like many of the other reviewers who had a Groupon, I also experienced unprofessionalism. My esthetician texted me two hours before my appointment that she was sick and needs to reschedule. She wrote that I can text her back or call her to reschedule. I texted her back, telling her I hope she feels better soon. I also asked her to tell me when the next available appointment is. It's been 5 days, I have neither heard back from her, nor from the salon. If she is sick, at least the salon should've gotten in touch with me to reschedule. Not going to try my luck with this place again.

Overall great experience with Jennifer Hood. She did a great cut and color and the salon is beautiful and very relaxing!!!!!! Definitely would recommend going to this salon. Extremely happy with my hair🙂

Jennifer is the owner and did my hair today. She gave me a full color and partial highlights. What a beautiful job. I briefly showed her a picture for reference and she matched my color exactly! I will be back and highly recommend her!

I usually dont post negative reviews but this time, I feel I have to do it. It all was bad from the beginning. I made my appointment on line and they kept on sending me texts asking me to change it (to accommodate their schedule, I guess). I went (just for roots and evening my highlights) and ended up paying a crazy amount of $ (given the final result). My hair is 2 shades darker than my natural tone and there are no highlights (other than the old ones that were supposed to be evened out) to the point that the hairstylist told me when she was showing me the final result on the mirror "and here are your highlights. Well, they are there, somewhere". I really didnt notice how bad this was until i washed my hair and saw how dark it is! I dont know if it was because it was her last day (according to her) at the salon, but I feel the urge to let everyone know! (BTW, the before pic is from the same week BEFORE I went there)...

Kristi Kristi Kristi - ❤️ I had a wonderful salon experience - deep condition and a blow out - loving my hair! It's always nice to find a hairstylist who is great at what they do - plus she treated me like we've been friends for years. It was a salon/therapy session in my book - very nice woman. I also love the decor - it's very home-y and comforting - lots of pretty things to look at including the owners beautiful art (not a fan of places that go for super modern look - can feel cold) don't usually spend money on going to the salon but I will definitely be returning to Strada - worth every penny. Thanks Kristi! I would have posted a photo of my hair but unfortunately the rainy day got to it and a photo now wouldn't do justice for her work.

I went here because of all the reviews are good ratings. It wasn’t a bad facial experience to be honest but I need to mention this - I have absolutely no breakouts or skin issues. I came here for a simple deep cleaning facial .. Groupon price seemed decent enough too! But today I have rashes all over my forehead and I am worried because the lady said all products were organic and now I doubt it. My skin is not as sensitive as some of the others girls out there but I am slightly disturbed now that I have these rashes right before New Year’s Eve! :( sorry but won’t trust reviews and ratings again!

Selina was really good. She knows really well what she is doing. She tested my skin before doing facial and recommended me the options which can be helpful for my skin. The facial went really well, my skin feels really good. Really good experience.
