Be careful! I am not a regular of this establishment, but have gotten a haircut there 2-3 times. The last two times, they called the day of the appointment to tell me that I was “accidentally double-booked” and that my appointment was canceled. I have to wonder whether they bump non-regulars in favor of regulars. Extremely disappointing as I needed a haircut before Xmas and quit looking when I got this appointment. Of course the business points to the hair stylist as an independent contractor (“it’s her decision, nothing we can do”), but it reflects poorly on the whole joint. I’m done

Been a client of Sam's for years. She is so gifted with color, highlights, and knowing what style would be best for you. All the stylists are top notch. You feel special when you step in the door. I started getting my nails also done here. Nelly and Joyce are exceptional Nail techs. Polish lasts and both are extremely clean. Highly recommend The Strand.
