I recently moved to the neighborhood and I’m so happy I found Luisa! I asked for a long layered cut with curtain bangs and she truly delivered. She really took her time to make sure it was perfect and I loved the blow out she did. Left the salon feeling like a 90s supermodel! I highly recommend booking with her for women’s cuts and I look forward to booking a balayage service with her in the spring!

Miko has been my go-to for almost two years now, and I can’t recommend him enough! He’s super friendly, pays attention to every detail, and always delivers a fantastic cut. If you’re looking for a great men’s haircut, definitely check him out!

Luisa Herrera cut my hair, styled it, colored it, and did my makeup as well. When I saw my new hair for the first time I cried. She was amazing, did an amazing job, and I felt amazing.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Luisa! As someone who is new to doing anything with my hair, especially coloring, I was a bit nervous going in. But Luisa immediately made me feel comfortable with her warmth and energy. She turned what could have been a daunting experience into something fun and enjoyable. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she also creates an atmosphere that makes you look forward to your next visit. Highly recommend Luisa—she’s absolutely worth it!

Tried this salon out recently based on good reviews and I was not disappointed! Fabiana did a great job listening to what I was looking for and cutting/styling my hair. She was very friendly. I've never had a blowout last as long and actually continue looking good. It lasted for a week after, even with dancing for hours at a wedding and all the humidity we were having. Definitely recommend!

Disappointing! Given the positive reviews, I was excited to try this salon in my neighborhood! Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the hype. I requested medium brown hair with honey colored highlights. Attempt #1 resulted in a root line between the old highlights and root color. The fix left me with brassy highlights and and ashy brown. Attempt #2 was better, but left with reddish highlights, after specifically saying I didn’t want red or orange tones. The cut wasn’t terrible, but nothing to get excited about. On a positive note, the stylist was very nice and accommodating, but at the end of the day, I wasn’t able to get the hair that I was requesting.

First time client. My appointment began 40 minutes late. The haircut was rushed since the next appointment was also waiting long past her time. They threw in a “complimentary curl” to make up for the wait, which seemed fine at the time. However, once I got home, I realized that it only disguised how absolutely poorly my face framing layers were cut. I was horrified. It will take a few months for it to look right again. This is the only time in my adult life I’ve had to come home and try to fix my haircut myself. Save your time and money and try a different salon.

I have very curly hair and my stylist Luisa always makes sure to prioritize my curl pattern/ health. She is amazing to work with and always makes my hair look beautiful. I have never had a stylist put so much care and effort into my curls, and have never left with my curl pattern damaged. If you have curly hair please book with Luisa. she will give your curls the ultimate makeover.

My three experiences at Stands and Trends has been over the roof. The employees and manager (Paloma) always have a positive attitude and make sure that the clients are always well taken care of. The space is clean with a positive environment which makes the experience even better. Fabiana is so kind and gentle with your hair. I would 100% recommended coming here!
