While the location and interior are beautiful, the customer service here is some of the worst I’ve experienced in Colorado Springs. This review is solely based on customer service as I decided to leave after waiting 20 minutes for my scheduled hair appointment, without being offered something as simple as a glass of water. Maybe a one-off occurrence, but for a spa that auto charges a 22% service fee, there’s not a lot of service.

Had an amazing couples massage! They took care of some stress and then we ate some local chocolatiers chocolates to unwind afterwards. Amenities were clean and the salt room is beautiful!

I had previously purchased a massage for my wife and she returned the favor with a couples massage for us. We showed up to closed amenities (no sauna, steam room, etc) for men, but were offered to walk to a different building as a consolation to get some of the missing features. The closure was not known to us and signage in the Spa specified closures through 11/8 - we stopped by on 11/10. The lack of notice was not appreciated as we would have booked a different date to enjoy the full experience. We were rushed to get out before closure. A good (great, even) massage was sandwiched between disappointment on the front end and a hurry on the back end. Repeat customers are now likely former ones.

KAT is amazing! I love going to her for my hair. She always knows exactly what to do and interprets what I am trying to explain so well. She is very thorough and has a gift with color. I’ve been going to her for cuts and color since we moved here about a year and a half ago… I’ve never been disappointed also, the salon is so nice. Make sure to enjoy the relaxation room when you come in for a Hair appointment.

When I arrived to the spa no one was at the front desk. I waited a few minutes then went into the salon and saw someone, said I was waiting and then at that time someone walked out. When I went to the locker room my shoes were both left feet, I just took the one next to me. The bench in the locker room is stained. The ‘steam room’ was less than 100 degrees, the ceiling; absolutely gross. I was surprised that there was a bottle there to spray essential oils in but you had to pay extra for that. My partner: when he went into the locker room there was no robes or shoes, he has to go out and request one. They were all empty when we left hours later as well. The locks were gone on many of the lockers on his side as well. His steam room had the spray and was actually hot. For a $215 50 minute massage I expect more. I responded to the “survey with this exact complaint and a refund request on the 27th of October with no response. I don’t not recommend going here.

Worst facial ever. Facialist acted like she couldn't be bothered. She actually looked at her phone for 10 minutes while the mask was on, where normally hand/arm or shoulder massage would be done. It was very expensive as resort spas typically are. But worst part is they have a required tip of 22%. When I asked why is the required tip so much, they said a portion for the technician and the balance for the house. CRAZY!! Like their over-priced, poor facial wasn't enough?!? Here's a tip, let the customer decide what the tip should be based on the service provided, so your staff don't become entitled and complacent. Then your services will probably equate to your prices.

I just wanted to take a moment to let anyone know who’s considering a service at Strata Spa—don’t hesitate! What makes this spa truly exceptional is the people. Everyone is so sweet, kind, and caring. Seriously, the emphasis is on caring. I’ve been coming here for over two years, and now I make it a point to get a massage every week and a facial once a month. My standards are generally pretty high, but Strata Spa meets or exceeds them every single time. Special shoutout to Mark at the front desk—he always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m well taken care of. And my massage therapist, Rebekah, is hands down one of the most skilled therapists I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, anywhere in the world. Also, the amenities are out of this world. The steam room is incredible, and the shower with its 10 spray heads? Amazing. If you’re looking for a top-notch spa experience, this is the place. Highly recommend!

My wife loves this beautiful spa with amazing service and amenities. I love being able to spoil her with a trip to Strata as often as I can. My complaint, I called three times over the span of several hours and they never answered the phone. As an extremely busy person, having to drive across town to get a question answered was very frustrating. Must've not been my day. After my wife received her gift card she called to schedule an appointment and got through on the first try.

***This is not a spa for the general public. Do not book a service unless you are staying AT this resort.*** I showed up expecting a day of relaxation following my massage… not so much. You have to be a hotel guest to access the amenities (besides the steam room/sea salt room located inside the locker room). No pool, no jacuzzi, no lunch menu… not even a place to sit and relax and read a book. I wish this resort wouldn’t take public reservations because it is not worth it. I was so disappointed I just sat in my car and cried after my 50 minute massage. I’ve been to MUCH better spas - I expect much more from a resort spa. For a $215 basic 50min massage you should at least get pool access (or somewhere nice to sit and read a book).

Oh. My. Gosh. Went in for a 50 minute facial and it was fantastic. Lori (hope I spelled her name correctly) was super nice and my skin felt amazing after. I stayed for about an hour after the facial to relax in the lounge and salt spa and then had a shower before leaving. The place is super clean, they offer tea and snacks in the lounge, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Amazing all around, I will definitely be back.

Great massage, Terri was wonderful! She focused on the areas I listed on the form, she reviwed the form with me to make sure she knew my specific issue & allergies. The ladies at the check in desk are very nice & may sure you know about all the amenities that are available.

I sent my wife, her mom, and her grandma here for massages (we were not staying at the resort) and they reported back very favorably. You have extended access to other amenities if you book a massage there including a relaxation room and a salt room, so consider arriving an hour or two early to your appointment. The vibe was very luxe.

Stopped in to treat my mother and I to some pampering on Mother's day. From the booking process, to the appointment and after, we had nothing short of a stellar experience! Mark was amazing with answering my questions prior, and Tina provided a phenomenal service while we were there. She was attentive to our needs, and kept us engaged with her conversation. We originally planned for a visit just for mothers day, but will be rebooking to come back every two weeks as the value is truly remarkable! Thank you to everyone for such a memorable time!

+ Clean + Vibes + Process - Value - Strength Our masseuse didn't have much muscle to really dig into our knots during our massage, which for almost $600 you'd be getting someone who can actually get in there, but nonetheless it was a vibe and we were thoroughly relaxed at the end.

Staci Shupe is a licensed medical aesthetician in the Strata Med Spa and she knows her profession - wonderful HydraFacial. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to provide me with great advice about the dermaplaning. Felt and looked wonderful! Highly recommend. I’m going to go back soon!
