Been a Stray Salon customer since it opened. Followed my stylist Selena here, who is the best in the business (BTW), and could not recommend the salon more. Small and inviting space with personalized and approachable service, the staff at Stray are a seasoned collective of talented stylists and colorists. Proud to support this awesome, female-owned small business and see it continue to thrive after all of these years. If you're looking for a new salon option in the area and seek a contrast to the usual Old Town Scottsdale salon scene, there is no place better.

If you are looking for a blonde specialist, I highly recommend Allie! I am so grateful that I found her. I had struggled for many years finding a good fit for my hair and I finally found her. Super happy with her and Stray Salon!

I love getting my hair done at Stray Salon by Emilio! He always listens and delivers my vision! As someone with a lot of hair, I appreciate the time and care he takes with my hair. He’s the best in the business when it comes to balayage and always gives me a fresh beautiful cut. The salon is chic and everyone is very welcoming!

This is my happy place! Everyone in the salon is so nice. I've been going to Georgie since I moved to Arizona a few years ago and as a blonde that has a hard time finding someone she trusts to color and cut her hair...she's the BEST! She has always listened to me and I always leave loving my hair! They also have a cute boutique inside the salon to walk through while your hair is processing :) why not knock out two things at once! Also- there is usually a cute doggo in the salon named Willie. I look forward to getting my hair done even more to snuggle him!

Amazing Salon. Janeen is the best, I have been going to Stray since its opening. Janeen is meticulous and basically an artist with hair. Shop is always clean and staff friendly and professional. I have gone out of my way to come to this salon, even when I have lived out of town. Arva

Georgie gave me one of my favorite cuts in a long time. We talked for a minute about the style I wanted and showed her a photo. It looked even better than what I had pictured. This was my first time to the salon and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and the products she used on my hair. They also have safe practices to combat covid-19 if you're worried about getting your first service in awhile.

I needed to find a nearby salon after moving far away from my last one and I definitely found a great place! Stray is a really nice salon with wonderful people. I can’t say enough great things about Paige and they way she not only cut my hair (after months of growing it out) to a style and shape that works perfect for me - but she also taught me how to properly style it and get the salon look at home (Paige, it totally worked!). Critical for us guys who’s hair is thinning. 😉 I’m equally impressed with the safety measures the whole salon is taking during the pandemic. People were spaced out and we all had masks. I felt safe, and it was great to get a trim after all these months. I’ll definitely be back!

Micah is the best! I’ve been a loyal client of hers for at least ten years and will be for life. She’s a true artist with cuts, color, and styling. Not only does Micah do outstanding work, she’s warm and engaging, and just a fun and interesting person to be around.
