I’ve been in Charlotte for a few years now and have been searching for the right esthetician. I came across Carmen from IG and won’t go to anyone else for my Brazilians! She’s professional, kind and her suite is beautiful and clean. I’ve found my person and am satisfied with her work, you should make an appointment!

I live out of the area and booked an appointment with Carmen during a trip to Charlotte. As soon as I walked into her studio, I knew I found my waxer for when I move to Charlotte. Her communication, professionalism, BEAUTIFUL studio, and personality are unmatched - she even took the time to compile a list of neighborhoods and businesses to check out when I move! Let me just say this was the best experience EVER!! Carmen was super sweet & funny! Gave me so many helpful tips and was very gentle & patient with me when it came to my TENDAAA AREAS! lol I’ll definitely be back first time getting waxed but definitely worth it!! The customer service was wonderful and very pleasant. I enjoyed the conversations and This was my first visit but it won’t be my last. Carmen is a gem! Her waxing technique is so thorough- she is a perfectionist! She’s also very relatable and helps calm my nerves for more sensitive areas. I have never followed a waxing service provider despite having some good ones over the years, but I follow Carmen wherever she is. I recommend her services with full enthusiasm!

Carmen is amazing. From entering the salon till I left my experience was a 10/10! The salon and her suite itself is a chic but a clean and cozy environment. Carmen offered water and snacks to help prepare me for my wax, we were talking the whole time and before you knew it my wax was over with! You will not be disappointed! I can’t wait to come back.

Carmen is such a babe! Upon entering the suite, I was greeted with a smile and offered snacks and water. Her suite went over and beyond my expectation! It was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Not to mention, I love the vibe that her music playlist created. Very soothing and relaxing. While performing my services, Carmen engaged in conversation and made sure to vocalize everything that she was going to do before and during the action. I loved my experience with Her Serenity Esthetics. Before everything started, my esthetician made it a priority to make sure I was comfortable and calm. My esthetician paid close attention to what she was doing once starting the wax. She took her time and did not rush the process. I felt extremely relaxed and had a great time experiencing my first visit. The vibe is awesome and uplifting. I would definitely be going back and I 100% recommend to other men and women!
