Hands down the best complete workout facility in Columbia. Equipment, strength training and cardiovascular, are well maintained.. They are both cleaned on a on going basis by both members and the Stronghold staff. If those aren’t your thing Stronghold offers a plethora of classes for all fitness levels. The gym itself is like a small community where most members greet each other with smiles and words of encouragement. No gimmick price games like every other facility in Columbia. With the exception of one, if you run into a situation in your life where you may need them to work with you financially. They will. Have been a member at this location for many years now. The location is very convenient for me and this gym has everything that I need. Lots of good cardio equipment, free weights, and weight machines. Also - great yoga, pilates, etc classes. And the staff is very friendly! Great gym!!

I love the variety of classes offered -pilates Barre, Foundation, Bodyflow,Yoga. All classes accommodate your level of ability. Love it's of machines available also. Great gym and friendly place.

Very nice owners and staff. They do a great job cleaning the gym and they have plenty of equipment. Affordable and no crazy 2 year commitments

I have been a member of this gym since Columbia Athletic closed. It has a great variety of classes as well as exercise equipment downstairs and upstairs. The staff is energetic and interested in the client. Compared to other gyms in town this gym has the most variety for the best price.

I love stronghold! We go here for the lessons with Tamela, she is amazing and really knows her stuff and will work with you at whatever physical level you are at. Go check out her pilates class Monday nights.
