The decor and the vibe are wonderful and on a personal level Robin Berry and I have become quick friends due to her positive vibes and expertise. She is innovative and good at assessing what is a strategic plan at caring for your skin.

I recently had a facial experience with Robin. She was extremely professional, kind and gentle and I truly felt pampered and cared for. She explained her process along the way. Get pampered by the wonderful Robin! I’ve had experiences with other estheticians and they don’t compare. At Studio 11, every detail from when you make your appointment to when you book your next is extremely professional and welcoming. She has all the touches: inviting ambiance, soothing lighting and music (or quiet if you prefer) and a phenomenal product line. Robin has been doing this for a long time and she knows skin so very well. If you are interested, she will take the time to educate you on the products and helps troubleshoot any issues you may be having. I highly encourage you to make Robin a partner in your skin care.

Ive been seeing Robin for many years for my skin care needs because she is the absolute best! She is knowledge and has a contagious positive energy that have me looking forward to each time I get to see her. I always feel like each appt is personalized for my needs and my skin.
