Went in for a bayalage, color, and haircut and came out with a crooked LOB. Defit not worth $400 plus. It was very cold inside the establishment , where it was uncomfortable.

Gotten my hair done twice now and loved it! Very attentive employees. If I were to make one critique it would be to offer hair cuts for men as well.

First of all I want to say thank you to Andy!! She did a fantastic job on my hair. As I described her my hair was so damaged from summer bleaching and it looked like a wired broom a witch has 😂 but she did her magic and saved my hair and to top it all off she gave me a haircut that I ask for and delivered it and more thank you again and highly recommend her!!

Set my appointment and confirmed three times via text by responding to the exact number that messaged me, as directed. Thirty minutes before my appointment, after having scheduled a sitter for my child already, I was texted that my appointment was cancelled. I called and they said I never confirmed. I let them know I confirmed three times. Then they told me if I want to come in then I have to see a different stylist because (suddenly) the one I scheduled with didn’t go in today. 🤷🏻‍♀️ So now my question is, when was I going to be told I was being moved around, had they not cancelled my appointment? Next opening is next week when I’m already out of town. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Very disappointed.

Horrible service, had an apt at 9am for a haircut. Was waiting for the lady for 20 minutes and I was advised she wouldn’t be coming until 10am and she had another appointment at that time. Never going back, where is the professional service?

I'm delighted with the results from my visit to Studio 209. Andrea the stylist listened to my requests and skillfully executed the haircolor, cut and style. The salon's friendly and welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.

I usually write positive reviews to help businesses, however I’ll make an exception to save you ladies from overpaying $$ for such awful looking hair. I went in for a balayage on already naturally blonde & light hair (so it usually takes 2h max) and a simple trim of my bob. I specifically requested a blunt cut with minimal texturing in the back to avoid a heavy bubble look, no layers, but Ruby said she was “shaping” and ended up chopping my hair into weird layers that are much shorter than expected. Now I literally look like a broom. Uneven chunks in the back, missing pieces, not possible to hide in any way if I wear my hair down… The balayage is also nowhere near I showed her in the picture, she over-toned my hair and what was supposed to be beige blonde, turned out to an awful shade of green! After contacting her via instagram, she kept replying that management will contact me. They did and asked me to come and have it fixed… I wonder how, if the layers were too short. Also, who in the right mind would go “fix” the hair to the salon that messed them up to begin with? They informed me that there’s no refund policy, of course. I’ve lost over $300 for ridiculous color I don’t like and even worse cut that will take months to grow back or I’ll just chop my hair very short elsewhere. This has to be corrected elsewhere, so I’ll pay double. I now find myself stuck with hair that is difficult to manage, and the only way to cope is with a messy bun every day… What’s the point of having hair done then? I’m furious with how my hair turned out. I would not recommend this salon by any means. Also, don’t be fooled by the positive google reviews- check out yelp and you’ll find what really happens there. Very unprofessional. Here are the pictures, it actually looks worse in real life. The last one is after I fixed green hue myself, but this chop… is awful.

This was my first time at Studio 209. I was welcomed and offered a complimentary beverage of choice. Very nice touch. Andrea was my stylist and was professional and kind. She listened and understood what I was looking for. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have to be honest, the girl Who cut my hair was very nice and the whole experience was really welcoming, but unfortunately the girl left my hair very choppy and not what I wanted.. I feel a bit embarrassed and just not confident at all. I was also Told it was $45 for wash, cut and style, no one told me that they were going to charge me an extra $10 for length..

Ruby cut and styled my hair. It’s been awhile since I had it done and it has maintained so well. I absolutely love it. Ruby is easy to talk to and really sweet. My hair has never looked so good.

Would not recommend Andrea. I hate my haircut. She came off as snobby and rude and acted like the length I wanted wouldn’t work for a long bob. I think maybe she just didn’t know how to cut that style and dictated the length and went shorter than I actually wanted. It just looks like she cut the same length all around. This is why it’s so hard to trust others with your hair :( I’m disappointed and did not come out of the salon loving my new haircut. Be careful who you book make sure they know how to cut for the style you want.

Studio 209 is really a great place to have your hair done. They are very attentive, friendly and professional. I am very pleased to have had my hair colored for the first time there. Jessica was truly amazing, she asked what I wanted, sat down with me, gave me ideas, gave advise and showed me the color she would use on my hair. When she was finished she blow dryed a section of my hair and asked how I liked it before she proceeded. I specially liked the way she was so attentive and wasn’t scared to handle my hair. I am amazed at the work she did and I can’t thank her enough for how pretty my hair is now. I made an appointment for next time and I look forward to continuing to have my hair taken care of by Studio 209.

This is a wonderful hair salon. First off, they always provide delicious complimentary drinks, and when doing my hair, they make sure they’re giving me exactly what I want. The only negative thing I would say is that I wish they were a little more transparent that if you have long hair, it costs extra, as I didn’t see anything about this on the website. Other than that, I highly recommend this salon- great customer service and results!

I don't treat myself to salons often, but I loved my experience here. Chris was so helpful and informative about my curls, and gave me a great cut. I will definitely be returning! The complimentary drinks are a nice little perk. 😊

This was my first haircut at an actual hair salon outside of the whole "friend of a friend" arrangement in years, and thank God.... it did not disappoint. I had the pleasure of having Giselle as my hairstylist, who was not only professional, but also interactive as sitting down for a whole hour in silence can get boring and sleepy. Staff were accommodating and offering complimentary drinks and snacks which I honestly did not expect. Grateful to have a wonderful experience and more importantly, a great haircut. Keep up the great work!
